10/02/2025: Da tanti anni un'istituzione a Conversano, la famiglia Bovino ha ulteriormente migliorato, se era possibile, la qualità e la varietà del servizio offerto. Partendo da un assaggio di antipasti che vanno dalla polpetta alle eccellenti olive del territorio e arrivando alla vasta scelta di crêpe's. Qualità ingredienti ottima e servizio accogliente e preciso. Un consiglio? La crêpe alla salsiccia e aceto balsamico e i dessert tutti rigorosamente artigianali. Un'ottima alternativa alla solita serata con pizza (comunque presente negli antipasti) o alla grigliata di carne (anch'essa nel menù). Consigliato al 100%!

15/02/2025: I got two pizzas delivered. If I could I would give 0 stars, starting from this. The pizza arrived 1 and a half hours late, not to mention the fact that it was particularly cold. I call the pizzeria and they tell me it's on its way (but it wasn't), they reply with an exuberant and rude air. If you don't know when you will ship the pizzas, don't set a time and then have it arrive on time (which is gold!). Truly terrible experience!

04/01/2025: Terrible experience that I will never repeat again. My wife and I booked a table at 9.00pm, they seated us at 9.45pm, pizza with poor quality ingredients, nothing to do with real Neapolitan pizza. Totò must be turning over in his grave many times. They sat us at a table in front of the front door and our legs were freezing. As for the ingredients, mozzarella and raw ham left a lot to be desired.

10/02/2025: I gave the pizza 3 stars because it appears to be discreet considering that we are talking about a home delivery. The service was terrible: I spoke with an arrogant and inappropriate woman (I think the manager). I called at 8.50pm to find out where my delivery was and he verbally attacked me by reporting that he had said when ordering that delivery would be ensured by 9pm (I had requested delivery for 8.30pm, but it was also fine from 8pm onwards). He ended the phone call by saying that the order would be received in 15 minutes, which in reality arrived at 9.30pm.

12/10/2024: Even before learning your profession, starting from the organization and management of your pizzeria, first of all learn education towards others, especially if we are talking about regular customers. Without words and without pizza this evening, due to your lack of professionalism, given that you remade the pizza 3 times without obtaining the desired result given that one was burnt, the other wrong and the other still inedible. I strongly advise against it, also for the quality of the service.

27/12/2024: We went yesterday for an Italian pizza and found a place that brought us home in terms of taste and hospitality. The very talkative and friendly owner, with whom we spent a good hour of pleasant chatter. Recommended place

24/11/2024: Staff not attentive to the customer and disorganized. We waited over an hour for four pizzas with people arriving after us and being served first! As if that wasn't enough, to our legitimate grievances, not even an apology... the owner even replied! However the pizzas are good but due to the service received I will not go there again.
