02/01/2026: It's my favorite place in Conversano for its beauty, location, and the kindness and courtesy of the staff. Of course, the food is equally top-notch. This time we ordered meat, although it's still famous for its stuffed fritters. Highly recommended!

High-quality meats are available from the counter, still uncooked, with a wide variety of ingredients.
Outdoor seating is provided within a beautiful brick enclosure.
I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a high-end grill restaurant.
The only downside is the higher price than the average grill restaurant in the area.

28/12/2025: I tried this pizzeria and I have to say it was a pretty good experience. I wouldn't call it the best in the city, but the pizza is definitely quality: the dough is light and the ingredients are fresh and flavorful. It's the kind of place you'll want to return to when you're craving a good, no-frills pizza. Fair prices and fast service. A sure thing, even if it's not a miracle.

Another point is the plating, to be improved but there are the basics.

09/01/2026: You can eat truly excellent pizza: a remarkable selection of ingredients and quality, with a truly excellent pizza dough; attentive and friendly service; the interior is a bit cramped, but it's certainly more welcoming in the warmer months due to the use of the outdoor spaces.

The quality of the food is excellent.
The pizza dough is soft and light.
The pizza is rich in toppings.
The staff is friendly and courteous.

25/05/2025: Una pizzeria nel centro storico del paese molto rustica e con tanti piccoli spazi , la pizza è molto buona sia l’impatto nomale che ai semi oltre tanti altri piatti tipici del posto , il servizio professionale e gentile da parte di tutto lo staff , il rapporto qualità prezzo è giusto e lo consiglio a tutti
17/05/2025: Ordiniamo una pizza per consegna alle 21.15, orario proposto da loro. Dopo aver aspettato mezz’ora li richiamo, mi viene detto 10 minuti-mezz’ora. Attendo ancora. Alle 22 richiamo e mi viene detto “il ragazzo è appena uscito”, al che annullo l’ordine consigliandogli di imparare a lavorare e a trattare con rispetto i clienti, voglio precisare che in nessuna delle due telefonate ho sentito lontanamente delle scuse. Finalmente arriva questa pizza, vengono addotte scuse del tipo “c’era traffico”(ma non era uscito dieci minuti fa?! Dove sta la verità?) e pur avendoci fatto aspettare un’ora hanno avuto la faccia tosta di farci pure pagare la cifra intera. Mai più. E ribadisco l’invito ad imparare a lavorare prima di aprire le attività.
