09/05/2024: I like Neapolitan pizza, but if I want a change, Castelnuovo's thin crust pizza is always a must. I've been eating it for almost 40 years and I always enjoy it! Obviously he is always the pizza chef....😋

28/04/2024: I'll start from the environment which is the thing that struck me the most, unfortunately in a negative way. For my tastes it is definitely too dark, I love wood but with a shade tending towards dark, garnet tablecloths and chairs again in the same color as wood, they make the environment a little less lively. A classic village venue. The service staff was attentive, kind and precise, I couldn't fault the guys in the room, they know what they're doing and they do it well; what I didn't understand are the uniforms of the dining room staff which in my opinion contrast sharply with the surrounding environment, sometimes simplicity pays off. Another small error in the glasses brought to the table, as far as I know a drink is not accompanied by a glass of water. Food section: the taste is there even if you could dare a little more, appetizers not bad, my tiramisu was well done and the portion was definitely adequate; I ate the pizza, in size it is slightly smaller than the average of the pizzerias I frequent, very thin and with a cooking that makes it crunchy, almost biscuit-like on the edge, a choice that I personally don't appreciate very much, I prefer a well-cooked crust, but not crunchy, obviously it's personal taste. There are good foundations, good ideas such as the adoption of QR codes for menus, adopting a policy of respect for the environment with less use of paper as is now seen in many restaurants, I sincerely hope for small adjustments that can raise the level of this place.
