The owner was incredibly kind, and we chatted a bit while we waited (very briefly) for our two delicious Margherita pizzas. She even gave us some sweet treats!
Especially convenient if you're staying at the hotel across the street.
We'll definitely be back!
04/08/2026: We made a stopover in Saronno and ate at this pizzeria. Not a tourist trap at all. Just delicious pizza at normal prices (€8-14). We sat right next to the crackling fireplace. Highly recommended. Nothing pretentious.
The pizza arrived very quickly on cardboard plates, which were then tossed into the fireplace after use.

24/08/2026: Excellent. What's truly refreshing is realizing that you can go away from a place for a while, and when you return, you find it hasn't changed. A few years later, I returned, and the value for money is truly fantastic, as is the service and the quality of the atmosphere and food. The equally courteous staff is professional and flawless. Definitely go there. It's going to be hard not to be satisfied.

01/08/2026: Before coming, I was looking at the menu and seeing 1/2 liter of water for €2 put me off! They always rip me off with drinks, service charges, and desserts—there's nothing you can do about it!

16/07/2026: We've eaten here quite often. The pizza is good, as are the meat and burgers. The baked potatoes are a bit soggy, which is a shame! ... unfortunately, the biggest downside is the bill, which has skyrocketed.

15/08/2026: We had a fantastic stay! The room and bathroom were spacious and boasted modern, brand-new, and spotlessly clean furnishings. The owner was exceptionally friendly and accommodating.
Highly recommended – we would book again in a heartbeat!

09/07/2026: We had a delicious meal at a real Italian restaurant. The daily menu is handwritten, but they also have pizza and other dishes. Beautiful pizza oven. Between the three of us, we had three dishes: insalata, affogatto, half a liter of wine, and a liter of water. And that cost us €49. When you walk past the place, you wouldn't expect a restaurant, but it is certainly worth a visit.

10/08/2026: We've been here often and always had a good experience, even the previous week. But on Saturday, August 8th, something went wrong. Tasteless seafood risotto. We notified them and it was remade, but it wasn't top-notch. Fried fish with sand in it—inedible. We pointed it out, but nothing. The service staff, disappointed by our displeasure, had no response. We asked for ice and it never came. The service wasn't what it used to be. Our biggest regret was bringing friends and making a bad impression, mainly because none of the managers came to the table to ask what had happened and apologize. When it came time to pay, the bill came to €276, after the €16 discount, but we would have preferred someone to ask us what had happened and to take an interest in customers who left unhappy and who certainly won't be returning anytime soon. Probably because it was the last day open before the summer closure, they were already on vacation.
