Il Buus del Rat

08/09/2025: I like it. When I go to the Rat Bus, I can't help but take my "Speciale."
07/09/2025: I've been getting gluten-free pizza from them for a while now.
As a celiac, former chef, and restaurant supplier (not a customer of mine (basically, a real pain in the ass)).
I have to admit that it used to be a workaround, but today it's the right choice. If I remember correctly, I've only had a gluten-free pizza this good in Borghetto Santo Spirito (but it was by the sea).
Delicious, and I repeat, delicious.
I gave the delivery service a 5 because they're nice and kind. They deserve 5 stars.

16/09/2025: Ristorante pizzeria da Beniamino .. via Turati 23 ... Cava Manara province of Pavia. Opens at 12.00 and then in the evening for dinner. The great goal of this place is to make you feel at home seeing delicious dishes arrive at the table. This is a beautiful, modern, colorful and very spacious place with a bar counter and well-furnished tables. Here you can listen to good music, here you can eat an excellent fish menu, beautiful cuts of steak and excellent risottos. And in the evening there are pizzas for all tastes, always with live music. Among the other courses you can choose between... spaghetti allo scoglio, spaghetti scampi and clams, spaghetti al cartoccio, mixed grill of fish, fried calamari, pasta with tuna and beans, scialatiello with seafood, and then comes the watermelon, the Sicilian cannolo, the Macedonia, and the lemon delight, what else can I tell you... that you could expect everything but to find such a beautiful place honestly not... so if you happen to be here in Cava Manara even passing through now you know where to come and eat.

C'è Pizza x Te

28/11/2023: Sebbene il tempo passi, la costante freschezza di prodotto e la cura per il particolare contraddistinguono questa attivita'. E' indubbiamente un periodo globalmente sofferente, ma di certo almeno soddisfare il proprio desiderio di buoni prodotti qui' e' proprio centrato. Piuttosto mangiamo meno spesso visto il periodo, ma di certo non me la faccio scapapre e tanto meno mi accontento di alternative piu' a buon mercato e di mediocre qualita'. Insomma dove c'e' la vera artigianalita' bisogna esserci.
