09/08/2026: Unfortunately, it's a squalid place with incredibly hot food, greasy pizza... I traveled 20 km to eat like this. I absolutely don't recommend it.

06/08/2026: We wanted to get a pizza, and it was around 10:00 PM. Partenope was three minutes away and seemed like a great option based on the photos and menu: unique pizzas, but above all, very inviting, and the place was quite cozy. To be safe, we called to ask what time the kitchen closed, and the answer was 10:30 PM. So we rushed to avoid being pressed for time, and arrived 20 minutes before the kitchen closed (and 50 minutes before the actual closing time indicated on the main page, which was 11:00 PM). When we arrived, the place was practically closed, the air conditioning off, the dining room unusable, and a cashier who seemed truly hostile toward us handed us the menus at the counter. The consultation took place in silence, with no privacy, and in an unbearable heat. Feeling unwelcome, I was only thinking about ordering as soon as possible, but I didn't want to rush my choice. Since I used to work the same job, I completely understand the desire to close if no one's there. Instead, I said, "If it's a problem for you, we'll let you close and come back another time." To which the cashier replied, "Well, we stayed open just for you." First of all, as a customer, I don't want to feel guilty for keeping you open and paying for a pizza, when the place had posted hours that accommodated my arrival and consumption. Secondly, if for you, keeping "open" for a customer means turning off the air conditioning and not allowing them to sit down, then you should have specified in the call that the pizza would be for takeout. After ordering the first pizza I saw on the menu due to the cashier's insistence on making a decision, the worst part came. We got home to eat and the pizzas were RAW (no crispiness, elastic dough, and a crust devoid of air bubbles). A completely unacceptable experience, both in terms of service and consumption. It's a shame because the ingredients on top were obviously good quality. If you stayed open just for us, at least make pizzas without rushing to close and cook them well. For me, it's definitely a star, and I'm disappointed because I could have really enjoyed the place.
