15/08/2023: I had a relaxing day by the pool. My experience was mixed: I greatly appreciated the children's section of the pool, which provided a safe and fun environment. The wide range of inflatables available made the time spent on the water very enjoyable. Furthermore, the bar was a highlight with particular attention to the courtesy of the barmaid, which contributed to the welcoming atmosphere. However, my satisfaction was overshadowed by the restaurant experience. Despite us being a family with two children and a pregnant partner, the restaurant was unable to serve them in a timely manner, leaving us hungry and disappointed. This inconvenience cast a shadow over the day, as the prolonged wait and lack of adequate service were frustrating. I hope that in the future the restaurant can improve its service to ensure a more complete and satisfying experience for all its guests.
