What can I say... superb buffet, you eat everything well, the owners are professional and qualified to do this job... it's not for everyone

We went to this restaurant on Easter Monday. We liked the atmosphere, quite elegant but informal. It's a shame that the menu didn't list all the ingredients (for example, my husband's pasta had cherry tomatoes, which he hates, but they weren't listed in the dish description). I had amberjack, which was excellent, but even though I'd already mentioned that I don't eat vegetables, my plate was served with fennel, zucchini, broccoli, and spinach. I would have expected them to offer an alternative, even just potatoes... It's a shame, because the food was really good and the staff was friendly.

We went for lunch on Sunday with friends from Emilia who are passionate about culatello. We sampled excellent culatello and then local specialties, from sorbir d'agnoli (a kind of lamb stew) to pike in salsa (a kind of tomato sauce) to sbrisolona (a kind of cake). Even those who wanted a lighter option and seafood found tasty options. The service was excellent, with courtesy and a family-like welcome that adds an extra touch of class. A special lunch.

Excellent quality. Fresh tartare, well-balanced seasonings, very, very pleasant. Really good cold cuts accompanied by excellent giardiniera. The duck was well-cooked. All the flavors were very well-balanced.

Historic restaurant in Acquanegra sul Chiese. I recently went there with friends for a weekday dinner. The food was good: I enjoyed a pan pizza (they also make round pizzas on weekends), tagliatelle with mushrooms, and a tiramisu. Quality ingredients and well-executed dishes. Friendly staff and attentive service.
