19/07/2026: We're fairly regular customers at this place, and over time we've ordered and tried practically everything: pizzas, sandwiches, kebabs, and fried foods. We've never had any complaints about the quality, and we've always willingly accepted the historically somewhat lengthy waiting times, precisely because we were happy with the service and wanted to demonstrate our trust in the business. Tonight, unfortunately, that trust vanished completely. We ordered a spicy sandwich that we'd had before. This time, however, it wasn't simply "very spicy": it was literally inedible, to the point of causing physical illness to the diner who tried it. There's a clear line between a dish for spicy food lovers (which we know well) and a gross error in the kitchen's dosage that makes the food toxic to the stomach. Having worked in the restaurant industry myself, I know exactly how to behave: when a customer is sick, you apologize and immediately remedy the situation. On the phone, however, I encountered only arrogance and total indifference. I was told that "it was the right thing to do because it's the spiciest sandwich they make," ignoring the fact that we were already familiar with it and that tonight it was clearly altered. Treating a longtime customer like this, denying the evidence and defending a mistake that was dangerous to their health, demonstrates a complete lack of professionalism.

19/07/2026: After several years of always eating pizza, I discovered they make panzerotti, which, for me, as a Puglian, are truly excellent! 🤤🤤 They may be Calabrian like Armando (the owner), but they have nothing to envy of the Apulian ones. Anyone in the area should go try them, especially because there's a huge selection of pizzas, burgers, and fried foods! THEY'RE NUMBER 1❤️

12/05/2026: Today at noon, my wife, my aunt, and I (already a customer of the pizzeria) decided to have a pizza at this place. A waiter (bald, with a goatee and glasses) showed up at our table and said, "Sparkling, still, red, or white." My wife very kindly asked if it was possible to have a red beer. The waiter, very resentful, and in a loud voice, replied, "Listen, if I have to say fizzy Coke, and all the soft drinks, I'll run out tomorrow morning." We, embarrassed and shocked, didn't comment. Then another waitress came and asked, "Restaurant or pizza?" without even giving us a list of available pizzas. After having to ask for the list of pizzas (which was later brought with just the list of pizzas without any ingredients!), it was brought to us and then we placed our order. One of the three pizzas we ordered was brought, and it wasn't the right one. Result? My wife and I ate our pizzas, and our aunt got hers (which was the right one) only 15 minutes later. SPEECHLESS.
