03/11/2024: Two premises: 1) sorry to leave a negative review; 2) evidently last night the place had received too many customers and there was a slowdown in service. That said, despite a reservation for 8.30pm, at 9.25pm ​​we were still waiting outside the restaurant, without any attention paid to us by the staff. At 9.30pm I complained to the staff that you couldn't tell a customer about 10-15 minute delays and then leave the customer out for a whole hour. It's just not serious. Usually in such conditions the owner communicates the service problems directly, apologizing and manages the situation at his discretion (offers an aperitif, or provides certain times, or contacts another restaurant... Etc.). Yesterday none of this: the waitress after an hour of waiting just said "I don't know what to tell you". Obviously I know what to say: never again.
