Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a few important aspects: they served an expired Coke can, and the glass wasn't clean, something that should never happen in a place like this. The price is quite high, but it's still in line with the type of place and location. Overall, a place with great potential, which could offer a much better experience with greater attention to service quality and detail.

17/02/2026: I had lunch at Clapsy with my husband on Valentine's Day. Excellent food, perfect service, and a spacious table. Unfortunately, the table was too close to the door. Even though it was protected by partitions and heated air vents, the cold air blew in every time people and staff entered and exited the outdoor seating. Overall, I'm satisfied and recommend it. Fish and non-fish menus, including pizzas.

16/02/2026: A very pleasant welcome with highly professional waiters who speak several languages. Fresh, high-quality products – it's truly authentic Italian cuisine! The Neapolitan pizzas are excellent, the pasta and salads delicious, so as a food enthusiast, I 1000% recommend this restaurant, which is by far the best in Alassio (I mention this because we were disappointed by at least 5 restaurants in Alassio...).

05/01/2026: This pizzeria used to be called Fradiavolo and was a true landmark in Alassio: top-quality pizza, excellent ingredients, and truly successful creative combinations. Unfortunately, under the new management (Mani), the experience has completely changed for the worse. The place was practically empty, and it's not hard to understand why. Upon entering, we were immediately stopped by a waitress who was annoyed because we couldn't freely choose a table, despite the total absence of crowds. Once seated, the general attitude of the staff was annoyed and unwelcoming, for no apparent reason. The pizzas arrived: mine was only lukewarm, and I also had to wait for my wife's because hers wasn't delivered at the same time as mine, making the situation even worse. Her pizza arrived with prosciutto riddled with fat and sinew, practically inedible, and with a noticeable presence of water, likely due to an overly watery sauce. Mine, which in the past was a well-recognized "black coal" pizza, now has a dough with much less coal, too much salad (previously nonexistent), and a creamy trumpet mushroom sauce that has gone from being a distinctive element to a flavorless slop. Result: I struggle to eat half, my wife stops at a third. A disappointing experience from every perspective, one that unfortunately we won't repeat. All for €50 for two pizzas, two beers, and one water.
