21/08/2025: My family and I arrived in Valmontone as a stopover after a very long journey from Sicily, and this restaurant truly revitalized us, both for the food and the friendliness and kindness.
The saltimbocca alla romana was exquisite, as were the sautéed herbs on the side. The same was true for the special pasta with cacio e pepe and the straccetti.
Highly recommended, the price was right, I've never tasted saltimbocca this good. Thank you for everything!
20/08/2025: Excellent Roman restaurant: traditional dishes cooked to perfection, generous portions, and a welcoming atmosphere. Friendly staff and fair prices. The amatriciana and gricia are highly recommended!

15/09/2025: I don't think I've ever had to deal with two sales assistants like them in my life...
Rude, impolite, unpleasant, and I won't add anything else because I risk falling just as low as they have... They respond rudely to customers (unfortunately, I was an unfair victim) and they laugh about it, even making fun of you...
I wouldn't recommend Alice di Valmontone even to my worst enemy.
12/09/2025: For a pizza by the slice, I have to say the quality was truly excellent, and the toppings were well-defined and not drowned in tomato or mozzarella. This is an unusual characteristic. Sometimes they perhaps overdo it with the saltiness. It's a shame the service was inflexible with customers. The location is dictated by the fact that it's inside the outlet.

30/03/2025: Presa la pizza da asporto, per una cena tra amici. Dalla riapertura hanno cambiato tipo di pizza, ora la fanno alla pala, ed il risultato è ottimo. Impasto leggero, condimento abbondante e saporito. Decisamente la migliore in zona (le abbiamo provate quasi tutte), nonostante non consegnino a domicilio. Buono anche il prezzo, concorrenziale.

18/06/2025: Not having a menu to look at says a lot. A 4 cheese + a capricciosa + 2 cans of coke for €25.00 seems excessive to me, not having a menu to look at as feedback. Pizza tastes are subjective and I say there are better around. Do I recommend it? No, avoid
08/05/2025: From a historic pizzeria like Costantino I perhaps expected quality.
With my wife we take round wood-fired pizzas and
They will have been 20 cm wide.
But I'm not interested in the form but in the substance I think looking at them, while I eat them I think it wasn't an evening and I make up for it with the Ascolane Olives and I feel worse.
Furthermore, since it is a telephone order, I tell the lady at the counter if I can pay in the meantime so we can optimize it and she laughs at her colleague as if I had offered her a kidney instead of payment.
For me you saw me now and wait until you see me again pass the food but the rudeness thanks my good manners.
