17/11/2024: I was deeply disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a vegetarian pizza, which in itself was acceptable, but the surprise came after eating it: I asked if the dough contained lard (something I had never thought about before, as it is not a common practice). I was told that yes, there was lard in the dough, and that this information was shown at the bottom of the menu. I find it unacceptable that such an important detail is not communicated clearly, especially when it comes to foods that present themselves as vegetarian. A disappointing and not very transparent experience: a restaurant should pay more attention to informing customers about the characteristics of the ingredients, especially in cases like this. I won't go back.
