22/06/2025: We ordered the pizzas in the afternoon, around 4:00 pm, asking for delivery at 8:00 pm. The time was confirmed, but at 8:15 pm, having received nothing, we called and were told that the delivery man had just left. The pizzas did not arrive until 9:00 pm, so a full hour late. In addition to the inconvenience of waiting, the pizzas were already cold and the overall experience was disappointing. Too bad, because we expected a more punctual and organized service, especially having booked so far in advance. Talking to other people and reading some reviews, it seems unfortunately that this type of delay is not an isolated case. A real shame, but I don't think we will repeat the experience.

18/05/2025: You call at 7pm, pizza orders are sent to you within 1 hour, you call back at 8.15pm to find out when they'll arrive and I'll answer you if you come we'll do it first. Good impression M! Congratulations

08/06/2025: Everything was perfect, the staff was very kind and attentive to every need. The room was modest but very clean and quiet.

03/06/2025: Extremely positive experience. Spartan furnishings, but tidy and clean rooms. Extremely welcoming staff. Very central location, especially for those who need to refer to the clinic located in Morciano 150 m from this hotel. Prices a little high but like in almost all the hotel facilities present in Morciano due to the presence of the Montanari clinic
