02/01/2026: Although it's out of the way, this restaurant was a real surprise: a family atmosphere, attentive service, and excellent food, homemade and made with top-quality ingredients. We couldn't have asked for better! Thanks also to the owner for her kindness. We'll definitely be back!
30/12/2025: A relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere where Sara puts you at ease from the moment you walk in. The quality of the food exceeded expectations; it was freshly prepared with reasonable waiting times, but everything was delicious. The price was also good, so we'll definitely be returning.

09/12/2025: Very good pizza, definitely better than the average in the area. Exceptional pastiera.
The atmosphere is a bit dated but pleasant. The restrooms are a bit inconvenient.
08/12/2025: After an hour and 5 minutes of waiting. With few people in the room, two pizzas.
One with three ingredients, all three tasteless.
The second. Raw. Undercooked, even overdone. Oil that made the bottom of the plate stick. After coming back twice, I don't think I'll ever return.

16/01/2026: Excellent food, excellent service, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, generous portions. Fantastic value, €78 for 1 appetizer, 2 first courses, 1 second course, 1 dessert and 1 liqueur, plus a complimentary liqueur.
11/01/2026: Excellent for the set lunch menu, especially for those who work in the Salsomaggiore area.

29/07/2025: Das Vincanto liefert eine grundsolide Küche, die es aber mit anderen Restaurants (auch an Ort) leider nicht ganz aufnehmen kann.
Der eigentliche Schwachpunkt scheint mir hier der Umgang mit dem Gast zu sein.
Der Service ist leider nicht auf der Höhe: beim Hauptgericht wird nicht nach Beilagen gefragt, die gesondert bestellt werden müssen. Man bemerkt also seinen Fehler erst, wenn das Essen vor einem steht…
Auch sonst macht man was man muss, mehr aber auch nicht. Man fühlt sich nicht im üblichen Maße als Gast und umsorgt (ja, das kann auch manchmal zu viel werden, aber gar nicht ist entschieden zu wenig).
Es fehlt nicht viel: Sehen, dass ein Glas oder eine Flasche leer ist und reagieren, beim Aufnehmen der Bestellung mitdenken und fragen, mehr wäre es nicht - vermutlich ein Personal-/Führungsthema.
Die Küche ist gut und die Gerichte schmecken gut, gleich ob Nudeln, Fisch oder Fleisch.
Besonders hervorzuheben: es gibt hier glutenfreie Kost auf sehr guten Niveau.
24/07/2025: Pranzo giorno feriale fine luglio 25. Cose veloci e semplici (bruschetta e insalata). Servizio di ragazze di lingua non italiana cortesi ma sprovvedute. Fatto presente di bottiglia di olio di oliva con data di scadenza 22/06/25 e risposta che la bottiglia è riutilizzata per olio diverso. Mi pare frase credibile ma in un luogo pubblico che significato ha? Costo di 10 euro per la bruschetta più elementare e 14 euro per insalatona (almeno con prosciutto crudo …. Tagliato grosso!). Forza ragazze si può fare meglio!

13/12/2024: Posto molto adatto per un pranzo veloce, infatti è sempre pieno. Si sta bene e lo staff è super efficiente. Unico neo: quando è affollato il vociare sovrasta tutto, difficile fare conversazione. Perchè non mettono dei dispositivi fono assorbenti?
20/10/2024: A circa 4/5 km da Salsomaggiore, abbiamo trovato questa pizzeria, pizza veramente ottima, servizio cortese e professionale!
