Friendly and pleasant service, even if a bit slow, until late, we ate an excellent pizza with the peculiar possibility of having it both Roman and Neapolitan. The desserts are good, I count on a bit salty but absolutely in line.

02/01/2025: I recently had dinner at the Aragosta Restaurant with a group of friends. Although the environment is pleasant and the staff friendly, there were some aspects that made the experience less pleasant than we had hoped. The place was extremely busy, resulting in a wait of around an hour for a table of four, even though we had a reservation. We understand that the evening was particularly intense, but better organization would certainly have improved the experience. Moving on to the food, the pizzas did not live up to expectations. The pizza with prawns was a disappointment: the prawns were not properly cleaned (the intestines were still there), and the flavor was too intense, almost excessive. Another pizza, with mushrooms, lettuce and tomato, had preparation problems: the mozzarella for the base was not melted and the tomato seemed simply like a puree added without care. Furthermore, the valerian had not been cleaned well, so much so that we found roots among the leaves. I understand that such a busy evening can put a strain on the staff, but greater attention to detail, especially in the preparation and quality of the ingredients, would have been appreciated. We hope that the place can improve these aspects, because it certainly has potential.

01/01/2025: Locale storico della città, sono oltre 30 anni di gestione da parte della stessa famiglia, offre una vasta scelta di pizze con impasti diversi adatti anche a chi ha problemi di allergie alimentari. Locale molto bello, migliorato nell'aspetto dopo un piccolo restyling che si trova in una zona semicentrale su una strada di grande passaggio e d'estate dispone di una piccola veranda coperta dove poter mangiare all'aperto

17/12/2024: I had booked with my friends at 9.30pm, when we arrived even though they made us wait 30 minutes standing for a seat to become available, we had to wait another 40 minutes, the pizza was practically not a dinner : recommended for midnight snacks
