10/01/2025: Very dated room in inadequate hygienic and sanitary conditions. We found mold near the walls and broken furniture. Lights not working and bad smell in the bathroom. You couldn't even enter because of the bad sewage smell coming out of the toilet. The mattress and pillows are as hard as iron. View of the room on the 4th floor was on the commercial port where you could only see containers being loaded and unloaded. Not even the view was saved from this room. I must say that with this type of room in very poor conditions it cannot be defined as a 4 star. I don't know by what criteria the stars are assigned but I can say that with these premises the hotel is absolutely not worth 4 stars. We asked several times to change rooms but were told that there was no availability or that we would have to pay an additional amount to be able to stay in a decent room. In a period like January, the low season, a room in indecent conditions asks for around 100 euros per night and that's not cheap. I absolutely do not recommend this establishment. They don't have a shred of elasticity and professionalism.

03/09/2024: Before booking I contacted the hotel to find out if it was possible to have parking... and they reassured me... parked in front of the reception... but they stole my new car without the service being at all concerned about it ...old rooms without air conditioning...and with a disco until late at night in the room...a place to forget...and really dull people...who don't understand that if you treat the tourist badly...you will die of hunger ...and for those who ask me for advice I will say no....never...in Vietri ...or in this facility...

27/12/2024: To be closed even if only for the pitiful conditions of the bathroom, dirty, without a dressing room and just a few centimeters from the kitchen entrance. Spaghetti with clams to be renamed to spaghetti with oil + 10 small "clams" at the side of the plate.

07/12/2024: In una fredda giornata di fine novembre, io e mia sorella siamo entrate in questo locale intenzionate a mangiare un po' di pesce, contestualmente al luogo situato vicino al mare. Il ristorante, non molto grande, si presenta ordinato e pulito; i due ragazzi sono molto cortesi e il servizio rapido. Abbiamo ordinato una parmigiana di mare da dividere come antipasto e due tranci di pesce spada alla brace, servito con un po' di insalata. Tutto molto buono. Per mio gusto personale, il pesce spada avrebbe dovuto essere un pochino più condito. Comunque locale consigliato.
