03/09/2025: We stayed one night with our van. The place is beautiful and quiet, with a lawn and beautiful chestnut trees. I don't recommend the restaurant, which requires cash payment (the POS doesn't work). It's absolutely awful, with commercial, low-quality products that have nothing to do with the Amalfi Coast and its flavors. I forgot to mention that two showers cost me €12 because, after paying €3 each in advance, they were added to my final bill... but I paid in cash anyway.
02/09/2025: We warmly recommend the campsite run by Mr. Antonio. We stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed it. The owner explained in detail how best to get around the Amalfi Coast. The campsite itself is located close to the road, but it is nevertheless quiet and peaceful. A bus to the sea leaves right from the campsite gate. In addition, you can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine on the premises, and within walking distance there is a shop, a bakery, and a pizzeria.

25/08/2025: It's the pizzeria of my childhood, and everything has remained the same. Simple atmosphere, good pizza made with quality ingredients. Rosetta and her husband are always so sweet.
01/08/2025: A lovely little restaurant on the mountain road to Amalfi. The owner was very welcoming and had a nice chat about where we were from and where we had been. Her husband cooked the pizza using a traditional wood fuelled oven which we really enjoyed. Prices were very good.

03/07/2025: Ristorante su strada vicino ad Amalfi, con parcheggio privato.
Cucina di pesce, carne e pizzeria.
Personale molto accogliente, ci hanno servito la loro focaccia appena sfornata, ottima.
Abbiamo provato gli gnocchi alla sorrentina, porzione molto abbondante e ben condita, così come gli scialatielli.
Sempre abbondanti anche i secondi : scaloppine al limone e grigliata di carne.
Prezzo nella media.
Ottimi per la zona

16/09/2025: The pizza was small, very light, but nothing special. Much of the dough underneath was black and burnt (a dangerously harmful ingredient, carcinogenic). A €2.50 cover charge per person seems a bit excessive for the type of service. The quality/price ratio was quite poor. We didn't have a good experience.
28/08/2025: We visited this pizzeria with our Franciscan group and truly felt at home. The welcome was wonderful, the staff were kind and always available, attentive to our every need and capable of making us feel immediately at ease. The pizza was a real surprise: light and digestible dough, generous toppings, fresh and authentic ingredients that reflect Tramonti's tradition and a love of well-made cuisine.
The atmosphere here is unique: simple, familiar, and warm, just how we like it, as we seek authentic and sincere places. We spent a joyful evening, enjoying excellent food and great conversation, and each of us will carry a special memory of this experience with us.
A place that is more than just a pizzeria, but a haven of conviviality and friendship. Highly recommended to anyone who wants to experience a moment of flavor and sharing. We will definitely be back!

20/07/2025: Due antipasti classici terra serviti in un piatto a testa e avevano una mozzarellinaina due fette di prosciutto crudo tre di salame una fetta di formaggio e due di capicollo poi un tris di carne diviso due persone una porzione di patatine fritte una bordi acqua semplice € 30 a persona totale € 60 troppo cari

30/09/2025: It's a shame, the location is beautiful, at the Chiunzi pass, in the breathtaking landscape of Tramonti. The restaurant is also nice, with a large room upstairs and a smaller one downstairs, partially carved out of the rock, with the rock exposed. However, we didn't find the dishes we tried exceptional; in fact, they were rather ordinary. The service was sloppy and listless (I understand that in September the waiter must be tired, but the overall impression wasn't the best). Another rather serious flaw, in my opinion, was the inconvenience of having to eat lunch with the TV on and the unpleasant background noise of a game that wasn't even live, but rather a match from the day before that no one cared about. In short, a real shame.

30/08/2025: Ristorante Pizzeria Valico di Chiunzi is a great choice for a relaxing dinner, especially on warm summer evenings. Located in a strategic position, the restaurant enjoys the fresh air of the pass, which makes it pleasant to stop even after a sultry day.
The pizza is good and light, easily digestible, while the classic restaurant proposal recalls the simple and genuine flavors of the past, with typical traditional dishes that recall the home style of the 80s. A dive into the cuisine of the past, without too many pretensions but with taste.
Convenient parking available to customers, and the staff has proven to be attentive and helpful, contributing to making the atmosphere welcoming.
The prices are modest, in line with what is offered. Ultimately, a good place to take a quiet break, eat well and breathe some fresh air, away from the chaos and heat of the city.
21/08/2025: We went to this restaurant with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't the best. It took half an hour just to order and another half an hour to receive the pizzas. While we were waiting, I noticed the glasses were dirty; they looked like they had limescale on them, and they were all scratched.
When the pizzas finally arrived, my Margherita had overly salty mozzarella, raw tomato, and the dough was too thin. They also sat at the wrong table, and the fries on the sausage and chips pizza (white) were raw.
To conclude, I ordered a tiramisu, but I received a "pandistelle" version, which had nothing of the classic tiramisu, neither in appearance nor taste.
The atmosphere is very beautiful and well-kept, but the prices are high for the quality of the food. I don't know if I'd go back.
