11/09/2025: It's hard to find a better pizza in Battipaglia. Light dough, superb ingredients, courteous and helpful staff, excellent draft beer (and that's no given). And, crucially, they respect the Battipaglia pizza tradition, which is soft and shallow. So, here you won't find air-infused crusts, "gummy" dough, or chewy, bubblegum-like textures, which are now popular everywhere, even in our country, where we imitate the pseudo-Neapolitan pizza.

18/09/2025: I went to this place for the first time with my girlfriend. I'd heard about "Monti la pizza fritta" and followed it on social media, but I'd never had the chance to try it. The place is located in the center of Battipaglia; you can park a few hundred meters away and walk. It's always a good idea to book on weekends to ensure a seat. This place has a very original look; as soon as you enter, it feels like you've stepped back in time, with a spectacular, meticulously designed setting. It makes a truly evocative impact, accompanied by delicious Neapolitan background music. We tried quite a few things: the frittatina, fries, fried pizza, bruschetta, and finally the fried dessert, all washed down with good beer. The menu is truly spoiled for choice. After ordering, you're given a light that sounds as soon as your order is ready. We sat down, and after just 10 minutes, our order was ready! Spectacular, fast service. Everything was delicious, and I didn't suffer from any stomach upset or acid reflux. I'm happy with this experience, and I'll definitely be spending more evenings there with friends. This place truly deserves five stars. YouTuber davidenet recommends MONTI la pizza fritta.

18/06/2025: Tonight I found this grill on Google, my wife and I arrived, there was a lady and a gentleman, I thought they were the owners, they asked for a mixed tray of meat and a portion of chips and an empty sandwich, I tell you what a unique kindness Everything we took was delicious I recommend it to you 💯 x 💯 All the meat is cooked on the grill

12/02/2026: Very nice, clean, and welcoming place. Lots of pizza options. I had the one with truffle and capocollo, which was amazing. The fried foods were also good. Prices are moderate, and the waiters are very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely worth a try.

11/02/2026: Professionalism, kindness, extraordinary cleanliness, even the restrooms looked like little living rooms, well-kept, super fragrant, and super clean. I have gluten and lactose issues. Last night I ate a huge gluten-free pizza, delicious, so flavorful, and the lactose-free mozzarella was excellent, I'd say. Super. Thank you so much. A wonderful evening in the company of wonderful and special friends.
