02/11/2024: Unfortunately our experience with this pizzeria was very negative, with the order placed on glovo! 1. Delivery time: the order was supposed to arrive after 45-50 minutes, but it was delivered after just 20 minutes, upsetting our plans. 2. Missing products: two croquettes and an omelette were missing, even though they had been included in the order. 3. Quality of the pizza: the margherita pizza arrived upside down, with the toppings stuck to the lid of the box and half burnt. Furthermore, it was cold even though the pizzeria is located near us. 4. Condition of the panuozzo: the panuozzo was cold, the chips were raw and the quantity of porchetta, even though I had asked for a double portion, was small. After contacting the pizzeria to report the problem, the rider reported that the food had already been delivered to him in that condition. The pizzeria, however, placed the blame on the rider and, for the missing products, told us that we would have to collect them in person. Overall, an evening ruined by poor service. We will not return and I do not recommend this pizzeria to anyone looking for quality and professionalism.

09/02/2025: We discovered this pizzeria at Galileo on YouTube. However, it was difficult to find them on the Internet. But we wanted to eat the best pizza in the world and traveled from Tuscany to Naples. The pizza itself was honestly the best I've ever eaten. Even better than the new best pizzeria in the world in Germany. However, there was a negative point that I noticed in the comments before, but I didn't want to believe it yet. The staff is as unfriendly as I have ever experienced in my life. Maybe just to tourists, but I didn't see any of them apart from us. The waiter aggressively asked us in a very loud voice whether we wanted to order now or not because we had previously had problems ordering via the website. Then we ordered from him. He then slammed the 1.5l water bottle on the table and watched TikTok at full volume at the table next to us. The pizza was unforgettable. The service was unforgettably bad. I'm giving it 3 stars out of kindness.

17/03/2025: Everything was delicious but please change one of the waiters. I have never heard anyone say 'vir e t movr' for having delayed 1 second more on the choice. When I mentioned this to another waiter (who was very kind instead) I noticed that apparently it was not the only time he had put it this way. Every time he showed up at the table I got anxious because of the rush. I understand that it is Saturday night and we are super busy, but there are ways and ways... Overall everything else was very good

16/03/2025: After more than an hour of waiting they let us sit and bring us drinks. It's the only thing we get because after about 2 hours the pizzas don't arrive. The waiters are more annoyed than us, so much so that at our reminders they turn and leave. We do like them by paying 50 euros for 6 beers. Never again in that black cross place.
