01/11/2023: We were there last night. Everything perfect, from the service to the pizza. Magnificent place especially for those with children. friendly and helpful staff! See you soon!
29/10/2023: We went to this facility yesterday with friends and children, attracted by the playground which gives our children the opportunity to play. It all ENDS there!!!!
Assuming that the inflatable was functional but punctured and every now and then the entrance section deflated, (Ok problem let's say Obvious the compressor continues to release air who am I to judge) the remaining games unfortunately lacked cleaning.
Someone will ask themselves: perhaps I am too demanding a customer?
Actually no!!! I'm honest, this made me turn up my nose but I saw my daughter having fun so I said to myself: "it's okay, she'll be careful" even though every parent would like more attention in this.
BUT THE DISASTER FALLS IN THE SERVICE AND CATERING.
Our group of 6 adults and 4 children orders 9 pizzas and I order a sandwich.
We ask if it is possible to anticipate the children's daisies. And our wish actually comes true. But the problem was that we wanted the pizzas for the children first, but we wanted them cooked 🙄
Halloween themed pizzas are arriving,
Horrible looking, completely raw dough. After reporting the incident, 2 arrive for us parents worse than the others. Oh well, the evening went badly... let's eat what we can and leave.
NO MATTER!!! Another one arrives after 1 hour and in the meantime me and 2 other friends still had to eat.
The environment heats up and we see that we are not an isolated case, of the approximately 50 people present in the room, at least half had not received their order. We ask for explanations but the waitress nods but almost doesn't seem to understand. In reality I understand that they are in a state of confusion and really don't know what to say to us and their stress status can be seen from their looks (poor things they were trying to do so)
In the meantime they begin to deflate the inflatable explaining to the children that the evening is ending but in the meantime the 3 of us are still fasting
Moral of the story
annoyed we got up to leave (and we weren't the only ones), we contested everything that had happened at the cash register but almost annoyed the owner (who was perhaps also the pizza chef) and the cashier tried to downplay everything.
I would like to advise the owner to listen to his customers because, seeing other reviews, the hint of arrogance and indifference in his responses is commonplace. At least in the moment of panic, try to accommodate the customer and perhaps apologize, trying to entice the customer to return because it was an isolated case. Furthermore, if he takes care of the kitchen, to forget it and find a specialist or otherwise if it wasn't him (I apologize, I didn't want to be offensive) to train his staff with professionals because yesterday's cannot be defined as food. I repeat, it is not a personal thought but that of the entire room, indeed I WOULD INVITE THE REMAINING CUSTOMERS OF YESTERDAY 28 October 2023 to leave a review to make them understand the disaster you have created.
(absurd timing for a structure which by eye counting also the other room can have at least 200 seats which obviously cannot manage only 2 waitresses.
Obviously my constructive advice will be for your future customers because personally I can no longer set foot there
