07/08/2024: We went to this pizzeria for the first time, and from first impressions it seemed like a good, welcoming place even if a little distracting with more salt We ordered two pizzas, a margherita with provolone del monaco coming out, and a yellow cherry tomato with white bacon and porcini mushrooms. The appearance and seasoning really have a positive response, quality ingredients and balanced flavours... But...I have a note to make *I believe that the dough in question is very hydrated because it is light and melts in the mouth, but for this very reason I believe that a dough like this should be cooked at a lower temperature because I noticed too many (black dots) with a smoky aftertaste. .. I say this only to contribute to some attention for improvement because the place and the pizza deserve it So much...🙏💯 I hope to be of help as technical advice But 🙏 We will gladly return.
