I had dinner at Le Macine and can only leave a rave review. The restaurant stands out for its care and attention to guests with special dietary needs, especially those, like me, who follow a gluten-free diet. It's truly rare to find a place where even the gluten-free desserts are so delicious, creative, and meticulously crafted: every bite was a true discovery of flavors!
The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, ready to expertly answer any questions about the menu and carefully recommend suitable dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming and familiar, perfect for feeling pampered and at ease.
In short: excellent food, impeccable service, and genuine customer care. I will definitely return, and I recommend it without hesitation!
06/08/2025: The restaurant is very beautiful and well-kept (at least outside, where we were), with plenty of lighting and no stifling music, perfect for a light evening of conversation. The food was very good; we had pizza, and the homemade dessert was truly exquisite.

16/03/2025: Pasta not al dente, completely raw as well as the swordfish! All inedible and sent back. Remade the pasta but still not good. No one apologized, neither the waiter nor the owner, for this disgusting thing! Never again!

16/08/2025: A fully equipped hotel with a sea view, pool, and entertainment, and the entire hotel staff were fantastic.
The food was excellent, but sometimes the dishes were a bit salty and some local specialties, which, although good, weren't quite authentic (like the carbonara with cream), aren't their forte. Breakfast was excellent, with tarts and ring cakes, but the croissants were limited because they were only plain and not particularly crumbly. Overall, however, it's a hotel worth a vacation.
12/08/2025: I really liked the spa. Large hydromassage pool, salt room, infrared shower and two steam rooms - hamam and dry. The administrator was 20 minutes late, did not warn us that it would be later, this should be taken into account if you are pressed for time. The hotel itself is very presentable, with a large pool and a huge banquet hall.

07/09/2024: Sul mare di Rossano, un piatto di spaghetti quadrati all'astice abbondante e di lodevole fattura, annaffiato da una bottiglia di prosecco ben freddo. Complimenti!
