Excellent quality and rare wisdom in
Cooking those delicious products.
The house appetizer is unmissable, we were particularly impressed by the mushrooms with eggs and pepper. The stewed wild boar was very good, but the grilled kid left me speechless, never eaten cooked so well and with an unforgettable flavour.
If you go to Civita, go to him, an obligatory stop!
02/01/2025: Refuge located 800 meters above the beautiful village of Civita.
Rustic place highly recommended during the Christmas period where the location is embellished by the beautiful nativity scene and the tree that the owners decorate next to the fireplace.
The food is typical and ranges from roasted goat, to stigghiola, to mushrooms and first courses with typical local condiments. The mixed starter offered by the house is also worth trying.
