14/12/2024: Coming from outside, I requested pizza delivery, a paid service that was not free at the pizzeria for which I am reviewing. At the time of consumption, the pizza was completely stuck to the lid of the box, practically all the toppings were there. I called the pizzeria directly about the inconvenience and in response I was told that they were not there to deliver and therefore it was implied that the fault it's from deliveroo, certainly, I don't know how they were put in the appropriate container, the fact is that the girl on the phone seemed like that from her voice, chuckling and replying that I could still go and get them directly from the pizzeria next time. Without prejudice to the fact that a paid service must still be impeccable, I do not accept such a rude response from a business owner, I certainly don't think the person who responded to me is also the owner, but rest assured it will certainly cause other customers like me to lose, plus it makes for a nice publicity for being a new customer. Obviously for those who consult this review: my advice is not to rely on the home service of this pizzeria, moreover you would eat a non-quality pizza
