The location is a beautiful historic building ruined by tacky interior design, but what really irked me was the staff making me feel like more like a walking wallet than a guest (or even just a person) during my entire stay... How they earned four stars is beyond me!

19/05/2025: We had lunch in this lovely place, on the Sunday of the parade, during the national Alpini gathering held in Biella 2025. Mrs. ROSALBA together with her husband and all her staff welcomed us warmly, with great kindness and professionalism. Highly recommended place.
06/05/2025: Town restaurant with excellent value for money. €13 for first course, second course with side dish and drink. The lady was very kind and helpful. Good food.

02/10/2024: Locale ordinato e accogliente, cibo di ottima qualità con possibilità di scelta varia da optare se si vuole evitare il solito panino e personale professionale in grado di gestire un elevato numero di clienti durante il pranzo.
