09/11/2025: We went to Trattoria Cris e Mery in Cossato for the Ben Conciá day dedicated to polenta concia, and it was a truly excellent experience! The typical Piedmontese appetizer was a truly delicious crostini with lard, chestnuts, and honey. The polenta concia was delicious, as per true Biella tradition, creamy and rich in flavor. Finally, an excellent bunet. The staff were kind, friendly, and very welcoming.
A truly worthwhile trattoria: authentic, simple, and well-prepared cuisine.

13/08/2025: On business in Cossato, we stopped at this lovely bar and I had a delicious toasted sandwich! The staff were incredibly kind!
11/08/2025: Crowded place with dirty tables. They made us wait for coffee and a croissant, and we had to call the waitress several times (and the poor thing was alone, too). The guy behind the counter could have smiled every now and then, because I've seen people smile more at funerals.
The macchiato wasn't macchiato, and it wasn't even good.
Unfortunately, it was a bad experience.
