Almost every Wednesday, after apnea, this restaurant and pizzeria is the natural destination: a convivial atmosphere, quick but never rushed service, and cuisine that manages to be authentic without being banal. The pizza is excellent, with meticulous attention to dough and cooking, using quality ingredients.
