06/01/2025: A unique place that surprises for the quality of its fish in the not very famous town of Trivento. The dishes I tasted were superb. Starters (1 cold and three hot) really well thought out, cooked and served. A good mixed roast, pleasantly prepared. High quality-price ratio. In a big city, I think the bill would have cost almost double! The place is also really well looked after: you can feel the refined atmosphere, both for the design, the cleanliness, but above all for the competence of the staff, who are expert and welcoming. Nothing is left to chance, and this is certainly due to those who manage this activity, who do so with full knowledge of the facts! The only small notes of my high fussiness: there is something missing to place the cutlery between one plate and another and the coffee is perhaps a little too small. I really hope that prices don't increase (inevitable if they decide to raise the bar further), so that we can return often
