11/10/2025: It was so tangy and impregnated with oil right down to its DNA that I got up in the night and drank a diger seltzer to digest a "fried" fish dish that, more than fried, seemed boiled in oil of which the owner who "fries" to please the customer is a mystery as to what type or chemical compound he uses (certainly not peanut oil).

09/01/2026: A small, quaint trattoria in San Benedetto del Tronto. A place with a limited selection, but that's a plus, as all dishes are made freshly. The fish-only Ascolana olives and the white sauce of the day were excellent. Among the options, there was also a red scorpionfish sauce. The atmosphere is intimate, with few people; the good thing is that it's frequented by locals. I was struck by a man's comment: "Here I feel at home." Recommended, I'll be back.

18/01/2026: I went for dinner with friends; we were immediately satisfied with the speed of service and the quality of the food. The appetizers were very good and generously portioned. The fish main courses were also exquisite and perfectly cooked. The service was very friendly. The only flaw, in my opinion, was that the place was a bit dated (including the bathrooms).

17/01/2026: What a discovery! We came here on a friend's recommendation. We ordered two fried fish dishes (cod and tuna). They were really, really good. The sandwiches were delicious, and the brownies with rosemary ice cream were truly delicious. I also heard they do catering. Business card taken. See you soon!
