01/03/2026: I ate three truly excellent dishes. The gnocchi with San Daniele prosciutto were soft, coated in a delicate cream that enhanced the aroma of the prosciutto without overpowering it: a seemingly simple dish, executed with great care. The frico was a surprise: crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a perfect balance of potatoes and cheese, truly one of the best I've ever tasted. The caponata was spectacular, rich, balanced, and with a precise sweet and sour flavor that showcased every ingredient. A cuisine that combines tradition and technique, leaving you wanting more.

04/03/2026: Great restaurant, excellent value for money considering the central location... Service was good, portions were ample and the food tasted fantastic - highly recommended!
