06/02/2025: Update 02/06/24 As usual we returned to eat here. There aren't many changes from the previous review Update 08/20/22 We returned to eat this evening after a year and I must say that we can see improvements. The service is faster and the staff more present. There are still small things to improve but overall we had a good time, the portions are always generous and the environment is very welcoming.

28/01/2025: I've often gone to this chain, especially on my lunch break for work, but I'm going there less and less and every time I promise myself it's the last. Generally speaking, in all the chain's restaurants the service is embarrassing. I just got up from the restaurant in Bassano. I go in, no one notices you. The cashier is busy, only one boy as a waiter sees me but pretends nothing has happened. After 7/8 minutes, which considering the almost empty tables is really a lot, the cashier invites me to sit down by choosing one of the many free tables. I sit down, another 10 minutes pass, the waiter passes by ignoring me. At the next table an annoyed lady stops him asking if she can order since she has been sitting for more than 20 minutes. The waiter reluctantly takes the order, and I delude myself that, being at the next table, he also considers me. I'm wrong, he turns and leaves, I call him, he doesn't hear me, it's another 5/6 minutes, I've been in for about 25 minutes and I still have to manage to order. I look for the cashier but she doesn't see me, the waiter is at large. After another 7 minutes I get up and go to the nearby Il Grifone shopping centre, where I am now having lunch satisfied at the self-service where they served me in 5 minutes after having wasted half an hour at the Old Wild West, my fault, I should have thought of it before . It's not even the first time, the treatment is also similar to Torri di Quartesolo, Monselice, Legnaro... Very few staff who work very hard, but very reluctantly.
