14/12/2024: Great restaurant. Delicious octopus and scallops. Finally, the best tiramisu I've ever eaten

26/11/2024: Huge disappointment. There were 3 of us. We arrived at 1.30pm (as per the reservation) and before 1.45pm they didn't even welcome us (or even say hello)... never seen in a restaurant! Let me start by saying that I organize events and therefore I am very used to dealing with restaurants and I pay a lot of attention to service. Finally we sit down. They bring us drinks, take our order and for ONE HOUR we wait for our starter. At a certain point we ask at least some bread since they hadn't even brought it. They answer us with a firm NO because they would have brought it with the dishes because it was freshly prepared (impossible! but then it seems like they make you wait an hour and they don't even bring you the bread especially considering that at that point it was 2.45pm perhaps we had even a little hungry!). The starter finally arrives, nothing special, I'm quite satisfied, the other two people weren't at all. The bread also arrives (cold, so it was obvious that it wasn't made at the moment): 3 small sandwiches and 3 crackers. And then off we went with another hour of waiting to have the first course which we ate at 3.40pm (this course was also rather disappointing). In the meantime, rather pissed off and impatient (not even for Christmas lunch do I spend so much time at the restaurant and if I do at least they continue to bring food... here we were waiting without eating) we tried to ask for more bread. They brought us 2 small sandwiches and 2 crackers... too bad there were 3 of us. Bottom line we left the restaurant at 4pm... disappointed, not at all satisfied, not even with the slightest hint of apology. I have NEVER had an experience like this happen to me.
