11/01/2026: Pizzeria located next to the cinema and across from the Cesena toll booth on the corner of Corso Cavour. It appears to be under new management, as they serve pizza by the slice with several options, and the stuffed panzerotti are also very good. The prices are very competitive, and the staff is very helpful.

17/01/2026: I had a great time at this small place, with just a few tables, also great for takeout. I was very happy to find a gluten-free option; I tried an excellent pastrami roll. It's truly a great option, and very reasonably priced.
27/12/2025: Whenever I'm in the center of Bologna, I love going to Parsit. The place is small and doesn't have much seating. However, the food is very good and everything is freshly prepared. With several gluten-free options, it's definitely a must-try for celiacs who love this type of cuisine.

18/05/2024: Ottima cena, bellissima accoglienza e cucina molto raffinata! Antipasti preparati con cura in cui le verdure non vengono uccise dalla cottura, ottima la carne e il riso di accompagnamento, con frutta secca e il l ottimo zafferano. Non da meno i dolci, tutti molto raffinati!
