23/11/2024: Always at the top🔥🔥 as well as the best carbonara ever tried, courteous, professional and helpful staff. Two of us left the Marche to try this restaurant seen on social media. Expectations were high and they were fully met. Super kind owner, we ate with gusto and talking to him about the positive experience in his restaurant we saw the happy look in his face, proud of someone who knows he is doing an excellent job and is being rewarded with 2 very happy guys. We will return, you have remained in our hearts and in our small city we are giving you super publicity ♥️🍻

11/08/2024: Absolutely recommended! Food and wine experience above all expectations. Courtesy, professionalism, cleanliness of the place, attention to the customer, everything at the top. As soon as we sat down we were offered some very welcome fresh bubbles. We entrusted ourselves to the waiter for a tasting menu of their Lebanese specialities, ranging from vegetarian foods to meat and fish. All very tasty, accompanied by an excellent Lebanese barricaded white wine. I will definitely return

10/08/2024: I'm thinking of how many epithets I can use to praise this restaurant and whatever I write will not be enough because I am really delighted. All the more so because the occasion for which I visited this restaurant was special for me and I will certainly remember it. We chose a fish menu (there is also a meat and vegetarian menu) for two people and we got 7 different, very tasty fish plates with a lot of fat, decorated, but no less important, with a top-quality white wine that goes very well with the dish. At the very beginning, we drank sparkling wine as an aperitif, which further raised the event to a higher level. At the end, we were treated to a digestif. The service and the staff itself is a special story and that is to be commended. Very helpful and unobtrusive. Just as it should be.

Le porzioni sono generose e ogni piatto è una sinfonia di sapori, ben bilanciati e presentati con cura. I kebab sono assolutamente divini: carne tenera, cotta alla perfezione e arricchita da spezie che conquistano il palato. Il baklava conclude l’esperienza in modo sublime. Il personale è estremamente gentile e attento, sempre pronto a spiegare i piatti e consigliare in base ai gusti del cliente. La passione per la cultura persiana è evidente in ogni dettaglio, dalle spiegazioni dei piatti alle premure verso gli ospiti. L’atmosfera al Simbad è intima e rilassante, ideale sia per una cena romantica che per un pasto in famiglia o con amici. Simbad non è solo un ristorante, ma un’esperienza culturale e gastronomica da vivere e ricordare. Se siete a Pescara, è una tappa obbligata per chi desidera esplorare i sapori autentici della cucina persiana.

27/11/2024: Overcrowded at weekends, service is fast though. Dishes are suggested by the owner (the menu is an option) who is the only one to take orders. Food is simple and tasty: they serve dishes that recall the Middle eastern tradition of rice-and-meat based meals. Btw, I'm very disappointed about the price we paid which was twice the worth of what we had (3xkebabs+2beers+1coke)

03/09/2024: Family dinner, very welcoming place and excellent service. Very attentive to the presence of a little girl, bringing child-friendly alternatives for every appetizer served to us. Excellent dishes and well balanced in taste. Friendly and welcoming owners. We will definitely be back.

13/12/2024: Il locale è carino e la proprietaria gentile ma... a livello di cibo siamo rimasti un po' delusi in quanto i piatti completi a base di pollo che abbiamo assaggiato a dire il vero erano un po' insipidi. Quando vai in un ristorante del genere ti aspetti sapori speziati e particolari, cosa che non abbiamo trovato. I dolci misti finali, costosi, erano praticamente in quantità davvero esigue! La prenotazione la abbiamo fatta con The Fork e, visto che i prezzi sono piuttosto alti, sarebbe carino mettere almeno un 20% di sconto. Una volta ok, due... no.
