25/01/2025: Unfortunately I couldn't taste anything, so regarding the food I refrain from judging anything. As for friendliness and service, if I could, I would give 0 stars, not 1. The staff and the one who I presume is the owner of the place, "restaurant" as he insisted on calling it, do not know at all what hospitality or good manners are. A group of friends and I, after the hammam, at 7.30pm, wanted to try some appetizers and drink some hot tea. We approach the counter, a place that is still empty because it has just opened, and ask if it is possible to have some appetizers and drinks, to have an "aperitif". The service staff, after a few (not too polite) comments about the fact that the place is very full on Saturdays, lets us sit, telling us that the table is free until 9pm. After a few minutes the owner comes to take our order and comments that we cannot occupy a table by taking only €20 worth of appetizers, after he has canceled a table for us, something that no one has told us about and as customers not ours responsibility. And insisting that an aperitif should be had at the bar and not in a restaurant, when our intention had been clear even before taking a seat. We entered without any pretense and would have calmly accepted that the place was full or it was not possible to serve us, in an honest and courteous communication between manager and customer. Instead, being accused of losing a table when the choice was purely the discretion of the staff is purely rude and lacking in the hospitality that a restaurant should have. This place should perhaps revise their wording to "food merchants" since all they seem to be aiming for is financial return. Very bad.

16/01/2025: I tried the restaurant last night. The dishes offered are highly sought after, there are offers based on both meat or fish and also interesting proposals for vegetarians/vegans. I recommend perhaps pairing them with one of the excellent cocktails they offer. Absolutely recommended place to spend a pleasant evening with friends!
