The place is clean, maybe the furniture could be reviewed, because it is as if something is missing. Excellent service. Air conditioning not present.. oh well. 08/06/2025: Una delle pizze migliori mai mangiate. Cotta ottimamente, senza troppe bruciature come spesso accade con la pizza contemporanea, e non gommosa. Ingredienti di qualità. Condita con grandissimo equilibrio, tale da assaporarla come fosse un piatto di ristorante. Sicuramente la gestione di tutto il processo, dall'impastamento, alla lievitazione, alla cottura, al condimento è curato con grande passione e conoscenza. Uniche due pecche... Non per lamentarmi e che scrivo con spirito costruttivo: - il tempo di attesa: 1h prima di essere serviti; - il menù davvero poco scorrevole. Inadatti i caratteri e il modo in cui sono presentati gli ingredienti. Ho provato a leggerlo 3 volte. Non credo che alla maggior parte dei clienti interessi se 1 ingrediente venga messo in cottura o fuori cottura, e questo modo di scriverlo/specificarlo interrompe la lettura e fa perdere un po' il filo. Nonostante queste 2 piccole precisazioni, posso dire di aver trovato la mia nuova pizzeria preferita. I miei amici al tavolo condividevano la mia opinione. Il prodotto servito è di altissima qualità, come davvero difficilmente se ne trova, e i prezzi sono giusti (anche questo, difficile da trovare in giro, e molto apprezzato). Ci torneremo appena possibile!!!

25/05/2025: Io e la mia fidanzata siamo stati due volte in questo ristorante; la prima volta inqualificabile più di 3 ore seduti per mangiare un antipasto dei nigiri e un roll, un’ora solo per prendere l’ordinazione e piatti che arrivavano al tavolo in maniera randomica, ma abbiamo visto grossi problemi tra sala e cucina e quindi abbiamo pensato ad una serata storta, cosa che comunque può capitare a tutti. Ieri abbiamo dato un’altra possibilità a questo ristorante ma purtroppo il servizio è sempre lo stesso. Il cibo è ottimo e la location veramente bella, ma il servizio è imbarazzante, abbiamo ordinato due antipasti due tartar due nigiri e due roll, tempo di attesa un’ora tra un piatto e l’altro ovviamente i piatti (tranne le tartar) sono arrivate non assieme e quindi praticamente ognuno dei due ha mangiato da solo guardando l’altro. Il modo in cui è gestito il ristorante è assolutamente non professionale, ed è un vero peccato perché la qualità del cibo è ottima e le materie prime buonissime; ma aspettare così tanto vedendo i sushi man che si guardano in faccia senza fare nulla con tutta la gente che aspetta è assurdo. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità 125€ in totale compresa una buonissima bottiglia di vino da 30€ circa. La prassi è vedere i camerieri che ricevono lamentele dalla sala che aspetta troppo e vedere che in un tavolo una mangia il dolce e l’altro sta mangiando la tempura che è arrivata un’ora dopo gli altri piatti del tavolo. Purtroppo direi sconsigliato

05/07/2025: Abbiamo atteso 20 minuti prima di sederci anche se avevamo prenotato. Chiesto il pescato del giorno ed era finito…. Chiesto allora la tagliata ed anche quella aveva il contorno terminato. Allora ho chiesto di servirmi quello che avevano. Poi ho chiesto il pane ed anche quello era finito… peccato me lo abbiano detto a fine cena. Veramente bassa qualità.

29/06/2025: In compagnia ci siamo recato in questa pizzeria, la mia recensione riguarda infatti le pizze e non altro cibo xké non l'abbiamo assaggiato. Ecco, la nostra esperienza è stata pessima in tutto, servizio lentissimo, abbiamo ordinato otto pizze e sono arrivate dopo un'ora tra l'altro sbagliate, arrivavano una o due alla volta ..quindi abbiamo mangiato a turni. Abbiamo chiesto la pizza tradizionale e ci è arrivata con il cornicione alto e crudo, mio cognato ha chiesto 4 stagioni...carciofi finiti..quindi 3 stagioni, chiesto caffè dek...non disponibile. Pur vedendo il NS disappunto ci è stato addebitato pure il coperto di mio figlio che fortunatamente aveva già mangiato a casa!! Assolutamente da non tornarci...mi stupisco delle recensioni top

I expected something more from the mixed tartare in terms of seasoning. I still appreciated it because you could taste the excellent quality of the fish. The price was also excellent. The staff was really friendly and the small place was elegant but also simple and clean. I will be back to try other delicacies!!!

21/06/2025: So we ordered 2 pizzas 1 arrived charred 1 half cooked half less cooked. The owner apologized and sent another one back (at my request because one was edible) when they sent the pizza back it arrived very wet and very raw.
