15/07/2024: Ci siamo accomodati al tavolo ed abbiamo aspettato parecchio per avere il menu (che abbiamo dovuto chiedere); abbiamo aspettato parecchio anche per poter ordinare. Poi una volta ordinato, il cibo è arrivato velocemente: sono disorganizzati ed andrebbe migliorata la cosa (a volte andavano a ritirare i piatti degli altri tavoli a vuoto, quando avrebbero potuto raccogliere dei menu e portarceli strada facendo). Gli arrosticini sono semplicemente fantastici; molto buoni anche quelli fegato e cipolla che vanno ordinati (l'abbiamo fatto tramite prenotazione di The Fork). Ottima anche la focaccia in accompagnamento e l'antipasto a base di salumi e formaggi molisani. Con un po' di organizzazione in più, l'esperienza sarebbe stata sicuramente migliore.

02/09/2024: Waikiki is a multifunctional place: you can go there for a coffee, for lunch, an aperitif.
If you want to have lunch there, booking is advisable, because generally all the tables are occupied. Or you can go for lunch after 1pm, but you will have to make do with what is left.
This fact actually reveals that the raw materials are fresh because they are supplied and used, as they say, just in time.
The managers are friendly, kind, helpful and understanding: even if you were to ask, for example, for an out-of-date cocktail, you will see that they will find a solution.
At Waikiki they will always make you feel welcome!

29/09/2024: I passed by and saw this pizzeria. I ordered six pizzas to take away. Unfortunately, no one liked the pizza. The dough was too dry and hard. It was even difficult to cut.
