13/06/2025: Esperienza deludente. Il personale è stato maleducato. Mi è stato dato un cono con un gusto sbagliato e, quando l’ho fatto notare, ho ricevuto una risposta scortese. Il cono, rifatto dopo una breve discussione, dove la dipendente sosteneva di avere ragione, mi è stato praticamente lanciato in mano senza alcun rispetto. Peccato perché il gelato non è male ma il servizio rovina tutto! Da non metterci più piede!

03/06/2025: come on, good ice cream and there's no arguing but 3.30 for two microscopic scoops.. I say if you continue like this the customers won't take it anymore because people with less money and want to spend the little they have with satisfaction can't spend ten euros for three ice creams that you don't even see.. even the shop assistants come on a smile is always appreciated I know you work but for that you should smile I know that the work is tiring but your customers also work and maybe hard jobs where a coffee break and an ice cream are a diversion if you are grumpy and irritable and to smile you seem like Lurch from the Adams family it's not nice ... if you are tired of people come to the construction site with me so you don't see anyone. anyway I don't dispute the 3.30 which is a lot not having the sea in front I dispute the quantity. anyway it's not a bad review because the place is beautiful I say it to make people pay attention to certain things
