12/10/2025: We celebrated my son's Confirmation. The owners took great care of the decor, providing us with a beautiful corner with confetti and party favors. The appetizers were plentiful and delicious. Finally, the cake was special. I highly recommend them.

The location is well-kept, clean, elegant, and very charming.
The breakfasts are varied and made with fresh products.
Highly recommended for lunch breaks, too; the food is truly delicious!
The staff is always smiling and kind; you feel welcomed and pampered!
Plus, it's full of wonderful initiatives!

25/09/2025: A very well-kept restaurant, with soft lighting, a few tables, and a hidden kitchen with a window that allowed us to see what was happening inside.
The entire staff was extremely friendly, both the two brothers who own it and the rest of the staff.
We also appreciated their care and dedication to game, as well as their knowledge of the ingredients.
Excellent meat dishes, from appetizers to main courses.
The wine list is also good.
At our request, we didn't eat dessert, and we had asked for it to be replaced with any other dish. There was no other dish...the only downside of the evening.
The prices are in line with the type of restaurant with a Michelin star, and the menus can be viewed online with the corresponding prices.
Highly recommended for meat lovers, especially game.
24/09/2025: Two young and passionate men: Matteo in the kitchen and Riccardo in the dining room and cellar.
Since the restaurant opened, their continued growth has been evident, maturing without ever betraying their vision of technical, regional, and ancestral cuisine.
The wine selection is always thoughtful and intelligent, perfectly complementing the dishes.
It's wonderful to see such a coherent project, far removed from passing fads. Highly recommended.

15/08/2025: The restaurant was completely empty.
We arrived and were seated near some plants with a water bowl full of mosquitoes. We were told we had to bring bug spray.
We ordered two pizzas and a portion of fries, asking for the ingredients ourselves.
Cooked ham, grilled zucchini, porcini mushrooms.
I received a pizza without cooked ham and boiled zucchini.
The fries were a poor dish.
We wouldn't recommend it to anyone. 40 euros wasted, never again!

25/09/2025: A welcoming and well-decorated restaurant and pizzeria. They make you feel right at home, thanks to the warm welcome from the waitress, or perhaps the owner.
We ate very well, and I must say the menu offers an excellent selection of dishes and five-star pizzas.
They also have several beers, some of which are unique.
It was a pleasant discovery, and we'll be back.
19/09/2025: Before, when it was called Sady's, we had a good experience and often ordered takeout.
Since it became Al Fuego, unfortunately, the quality has visibly declined: undercooked ingredients, greasy and soggy fritto misto, and the dish descriptions aren't followed.
A real shame, because we expected the same attention and quality as before, but the experience was very disappointing.

The owner, Nadia, is truly a cheerful and energetic person who makes you feel at home from the moment you step foot in the restaurant.
The food: simply spectacular, always cooked to perfection, it deserves 6 stars.

21/06/2025: Location rustica ed accogliente, abbiamo preso una pizza in due come antipasto molto buona, buonissime e presentate bene le due Gran fritture miste di mare e per concludere ottimi anche gelato e torroncino semifreddo. Personale gentile e cortese.

15/05/2025: L’impasto della pizza è decisamente di un altro livello. Lievitazione lunga e rinfrescata, farina pregiata. Il risultato è simile a una sfoglia: niente a che vedere con le pizze gommose e troppo umide che vanno per la maggiore. Locale moderno e pulitissimo, servizio efficiente e discreto. Prezzi assolutamente nella media. Dovete venirci.
30/03/2025: Questo food truck ci è stato fatto conoscere da un amico anni fa e, la qualità dei prodotti ha convinto me e mia moglie ad affidargli il catering delle nostre nozze . I nostri invitati ci ricordano ogni volta che è stato uno dei migliori matrimoni ai quali abbiano mai partecipato. Grazie Luca e Francy ❤️
