08/03/2025: When you enter this place you are catapulted into another world where music, furniture and furnishings are part of this "circus" that envelops and kidnaps you. Impeccable service like the dishes offered. Wine list that focuses heavily on champagne to the detriment, in my opinion, of many other areas that deserve more attention. Definitely an experience worth living

07/03/2025: Memorable experience... even though we live not too far away, it was our first experience at the Embassy and I must say that I wondered why we hadn't decided to do it sooner! The restaurant is phenomenal, starting from the decor, but also in the service and manners of the wait staff. We wanted to taste the "renaissance of taste" tasting menu, among the restaurant's flagship dishes: lobster soup, Mantua sausage and borlotti beans; dry agnoli with Mantuan white truffle (they could also be requested with capon broth); classic pumpkin tortelli; guinea fowl of the vicariate. For dessert (à la carte), we opted for vanilla ice cream and rose cake with eggnog (the amazing desserts!). I have to be honest: each dish is better than the other, starting from the flavors (strong, balanced and enveloping) to the presentation (careful, elegant and excellent service). Furthermore, we also liked to pair four glasses of wine, one for each course. It should be noted that in addition to the historical, classic and traditional magnificence and opulence of the rooms, the manners of the staff (in particular, of the chef Matteo Ugolotti) make you feel at home, like among old friends. I feel like confidently stating that in this area of ​​our territory, there are no competitors... chapeau! 02/02/2025: Certo, ma anche per una serata elegante. Il locale, appena fuori Quistello, ha sale spaziose che permettono la convivialità. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Parcheggio como. Cibo eccellente.

08/03/2025: Ciao ho odinato un frittura di calamari E GAMBERI e verdure ma i cuochi hanno pensato solo di mettere della gran verdura e 2 gamberi contati. Nulla da dire era buono ma non mi aspettavo 2 GAMBERI contati e della verdura che riempiva il piatto.

30/03/2025: In Nuvolato, a small hamlet of Quistello, there is this beautiful restaurant on the ground floor of a recently renovated farmhouse. The environment, furnished in a classic style and the welcome make you feel as if you were at home. The menu offering is broad and refined. In every dish you can feel the care and research into ingredients and selected raw materials. I highly recommend the stop, but once will not be enough for you to taste all the delicacies presented on the menu, so it is a must to return. Nice experience.
