Now, dear young lady, considering that the door was open when I arrived, I assumed it was your wish to leave it open to ensure adequate ventilation of the room, small as it is. Furthermore, being in possession of three pizzas, it would have been very difficult for me to close it at that moment. A minimum of education never hurts, but above all it is courtesy that makes the difference. Unfortunately, his behavior was acidic from the start, culminating in a total lack of respect towards the customer. In a business, kindness is key and treating customers rudely is never justifiable.
