Super delicious dishes and really low costs compared to other Japanese dishes.

26/01/2025: I have visited several locations in the chain, but unfortunately this one disappointed me. Here are the main critical points of my experience:
Food quality: the ribs arrived dry, which detracted from the taste.
Cleanliness: the cutlery was dirty, an unacceptable detail for a place of this type.
Staff: I noticed more managers than waiters, and the attention to the customer was minimal, limited only to the moments when they came to the table.
Service: the wait was quite long, although it didn't seem like a particularly busy time.
I hope these aspects can be improved, because in the past I have had better experiences at other Roadhouse venues.

31/08/2024: Give me the first name I worked there for 5 years and it was impeccable in everything including the tobacco and everything and say this morning there was only the name and that's it no longer sells cigarettes and the pizzeria is only open on Saturdays, a real shame given that it is unique in the town of Pieve Fisraga I was disappointed 😞

04/10/2024: McDonald’s aquí es un poco diferente a Estados Unidos, pero tenían una persona designada que habla gran inglés que nos ayudó. La comida aquí es mucho mejor que McDonald’s en Estados Unidos. Gran experiencia!
01/08/2024: Ogni volta che vengo in questo mc mi manca qualcosa, l'ordine arriva in ritardo e i ragazzi non sempre sono gentili. Alcuni sono proprio educati e gentili, alcuni devono ancora impararla.
Oggi mi hanno proprio fatto arrabbiare.

La Piadineria

02/11/2024: Sono stato a pranzo il giorno 31/10/2024.ho ordinato 2 piadine, ma il totem aveva ancora in memoria un ordine non evaso.Avrei dovuto stare più attento ma c'era una fila spaventosa. Mi sono accorto quindi di aver pagato di più. Ho chiesto alla commessa di poter fare uno storno o almeno un buono per un' altra piadina.praticamente sono passato come uno stupido per l'errore e che quindi mi sarei dovuto mangiare anche quello che non volevo e che non ho mai ordinato.GRAN MALEDUCAZIONE DEI DIPENDENTI E INCOMPETENZA COMMERCIALE.NON CI TORNEREMO MAI PIU!!!

Non ci tornerò più, per lavoro mi era molto comodo.

02/06/2024: Personale non all'altezza, troppo lente, e parlano degli affari loro incuranti della fila che si sta formando alla cassa e al bancone. In un centro commerciale di piccole dimensioni, con 4 persone in servizio dietro al bancone è inammissibile che si formi la fila, suggerisco uno stage in centro a Milano un paio di mesi!

Stasera le due ragazze erano scortesi visto l’approssimarsi dell’orario di chiusura
Ci han servito un spritz ed un analcolico senza relativo accompagnamento
Alla richiesta di un gelato a 3 gusti ne hanno battuto solo due e, alla segnalazione dell’errore, ci han giustamente fatto pagare la differenza, ma hanno solo aggiunto una sprizzata del terzo.
Di tutt’altra pasta il ragazzo, che ha cercato di ovviare alla scortesia delle colleghe
