10/03/2025: YOU EAT LIKE GOD!!! We start from the entrance, the owner who is a very nice and kind girl hosts us and accompanies us to the table and we have a chat, the waitress arrives and we order the tasting menu, the cured meats are excellent, the fried gnocco is delicious and not greasy, the giardiniera is the best I have ever eaten, the raspadura is delicate and leaves an excellent flavor on the palate, the mixed salad with equally good meat and the nervetti with beans are very interesting, the risotto arrives with the raspadura and the ragù, a creaminess and an intense saffron flavor that takes me back to the genuine flavors of the past, you can see that the raw material they use is truly of the first level, the second arrives, cut with roasted potatoes, the meat is very good butter and cooked perfectly, the tasty potatoes with the external crust and with a soft center inside... comes the homemade dessert made by them, velvety and with delicious biscuits certainly handmade, to finish the place was very full but not noisy, certainly frequented by people of a certain level, the room and bathrooms very well kept, very polite and courteous staff...what can I say, thank you for the wonderful experience! I will definitely be back!

03/03/2025: Delicious restaurant, I go there at least once a month to eat their steak. All the other dishes are certainly delicious too. I highly recommend it!
