28/07/2025: Dilapidated, dirty, and inaccessible, the administration announced its restoration months ago. Work is progressing so slowly that it can easily be said to be at a standstill. What should be the focal point of a tourist attraction like no other in the world has been reduced to an open-air landfill, a disgrace for the entire city and Calabrian community.

An excellent place for walking, cycling, or jogging right on the beach, with a view of the Strait of Messina and a breath of sea air.
There are also equipped lidos and stages for singing and other performances.
