27/07/2025: We spent two fantastic weeks in Calice Ligure in July and had dinner at Sciamadda twice. I must admit that each time it was really delicious, excellent food made from high-quality local ingredients (the lemon and rose risotto and the black garlic and zucchini risotto deserve a separate mention ) and impeccable service. The owner is really helpful, he is theperson in the right place and you can see that he does his job with great passion. It's really worth it, I highly recommend it!

25/07/2025: I was there last night, I had a terrible experience, the food was poor and the meat was not cooked well and of poor quality, never again.

02/09/2025: Tasting menu: refined, carefully crafted, and perfectly executed options. A riot of flavors and pairings. Must try!

18/08/2025: Always a wonderful experience to share with friends or a loved one. Excellent food and truly friendly staff. Each dish is carefully explained and is truly delicious and sometimes unexpected. Our regular stop on vacation.

12/08/2025: Ordered takeout... raw fries and burnt pizza underneath. Terrible, I've never had such a terrible pizza.

22/07/2025: A stopover for lunch, but we'll have to change our minds. Everything was perfect: flavors, warmth, and hospitality. Highly recommended!!! We'll definitely be back.
