23/09/2025: This place would piss on top of many other places in Turin and Milan. QUALITY! The only flaw is the licorice and sweets on display... the fizzy pacifiers are missing!! 😄😄😄 They deserve a HUNDRED for their kindness and politeness alone. I will confirm.

20/09/2025: My husband and I stopped for an aperitivo and we both had a great time. I tried a rose-flavored drink that I think was called Midnight Sunrise and I really liked it—it was light and had a bold flavor.

09/11/2025: I had the pizza and I can say it's average. It's a popular place, but I don't know why. I'll be back for dinner and to try the first and second courses... maybe they're good at that. Perfect service, fast and efficient. I'm giving it 3 stars at the moment.

12/10/2025: RESPECT! Respect is required. Anyone who offers you a fish soup (CIUPPIN in dialect) for the modest sum of €19 and serves you a broth with 4 mussels, 6 clams, 1 small squid, and what were supposed to be anchovies (a fish too small for soup), but which I couldn't count because they fell apart during cooking (leaving the bones intact), serves a nearly inedible dish, certainly not restaurant-quality. This is a recipe made with "poor" fish, a red mullet, a small white sea bream, a barchetta (I don't know what it's called in Italian), etc. The cost per serving is, however, offset by the time it takes (in this case, there wasn't any!) to clean the cooked fish, to serve the cleaned pieces, so they can be eaten with a spoon. This was simply a poor dish, without care or respect. They didn't even bother to serve the classic slice of toasted bread (too much effort!) to accompany the dish. The waiter approached and asked if something was wrong. I replied that what was wrong wasn't something that WAS there, but something that WASN'T there. He never returned. A fine example of Ligurian hospitality!

04/10/2025: Truly amazing place <3 We went back twice during our stay! Each time the food was delicious and the service was warm and attentive. I absolutely recommend it to everyone!

31/08/2025: We returned after many years and found the same quality as always. The fish is incredibly fresh, especially the turmeric mussel sauté, which is truly original. The fried food is good, if a little greasy. The service was quick and courteous, although there was a small mix-up: we found an insect in one of the sandwiches, and instead of replacing the entire bread basket, only that one was removed. The prices are fair, in line with the quality of the ingredients and the setting.

22/09/2025: Maybe it's the atmosphere, the novelty, or the location, considering that part of the portico we saw, but it seemed like a fantastic place to us. All this without diminishing the deliciousness and abundance of the dishes we enjoyed, all served with great professionalism and kindness. Those five or six tight hairpin bends are definitely worth the effort, especially for the view from that height. Parking wasn't a problem for us, especially since it was late September. We'll definitely be back to try their other dishes.

22/11/2025: Simply amazing!!! Fantastic cuisine, carefully prepared, with fresh ingredients and cooked with love. At Samia, you feel at home. I highly recommend the pre-ordered dishes; they're a fantastic culinary journey. I'm not a fan of pasta dishes, but I also wanted to try the spaghetti with clams and ginger...exceptional!!! Sincere compliments, I'll definitely be back!

21/10/2025: Wanting to eat fried fish, we went to Samia. The place is welcoming and the owners are extremely kind. The fried fish was very well done, light, and perfectly breaded. It wasn't oily at all. First, we ordered a mechoui salad and fries. The salad reminded us of our travels in Tunisia. We'll definitely be back to try the couscous, which, given the promise, will undoubtedly be up to par.

14/08/2025: It's become a point of reference. Starting with the coffee, which is excellent—a fact that's no small feat for Liguria—the croissants are offered in a wide variety. Lino and Manuela are wonderful people, as is the rest of the staff. Everything is truly perfect.

18/10/2025: Welcoming and well-kept restaurant with a glass veranda near the sea. We had lunch (early September) with two first courses and a second course. The first courses were delicious, but the fried fish was delicious, perfectly cooked, the fish was high-quality and fresh, and the value for money was excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. We will definitely be back and highly recommend it. The quality of the fish is truly excellent.

07/09/2025: Excellent for food and atmosphere, clearly this leads to slightly high costs that can only be afforded once again... the menu says that there is farinata but when we asked we received the answer that during the summer they don't make it... so don't put it on the menu... even if, being typical of Liguria, perhaps it would be nice to be able to taste it.

18/10/2025: I went for lunch during the week, and when I paid, I used my American Express card. The cardholder told me the transaction wasn't accepted, without providing me with a receipt. So I paid with a debit card from another bank. Unfortunately, American Express had been accepted, so I was charged twice! I've been trying to contact the restaurant for several days, but they never answer the phone... What a shame! You decide!
