21/07/2025: A restaurant located inside a residence/hotel. The atmosphere is very pleasant, both inside and out. The menu is limited, but all focus on Ligurian tradition. The farinata is excellent, and the focacciamisu is unique. Family-run and informal.

Inviting fish menu with very fresh products also available for take-away since the deli/fishmonger is attached. Friendly staff and a wine list with a wide choice. A good experience!

Possiamo provare a raccontare un piatto, possiamo (forse, a volte) anche riuscirci, ma.non potremo mai restituire le sensazioni visive, olfattive e gustative che si vivono quando si ha la fortuna di provare piatti come quelli di Via Mare. In cucina Chef Luca, giovane e talentuoso, con alle spalle una storia familiare che è la.storia stessa di Andora. Nipote dell'indimenticabile "Lito", figlio dell'immenso "Livio", persone che hanno scritto pagine indelebili nel firmamento della ristorazione. Livio è stato il fratello maggiore delle.generazioni che.dagli anni 90' vivevano le estati ad Andora, straordinario in cucina e altrettanto come persona, di quelle che rimangono nel cuore in modo indelebile. E questa bellissima storia continua con Luca. Luca è semplicemente un genio, uno di quei rari talenti che ogni tanto si ha la fortuna di incontrare. C'è un che di magico nei suoi piatti, un misto di tecnica raffinata e straordinaria creatività, una ricerca costante di contrasti e alchimie sensoriali che rendono una cena da Via Mare un viaggio, un'esperienza, un momento liturgico da celebrare e ricordare. Per rispettare i canoni delle recensioni cerco di sintetizzare : Location situata nel centro di Andora, a due passi dal mare, accogliente, elegante e curata, ma al.contempo informale e rilassata, Personale eccezionale. Gabriele è il numero uno. Sempre sorridente, preparato, gentile e disponibile. Un valore aggiunto, perla rara. E questo vale.per tutta la brigata. Sui piatti già detto tutto, ampia scelta, dal crudo di mare al fritto, tutto sempre freschissimo. Solo per fare qualche esempio la tartare di gambero rosa (un sogno) , il brandacujun su terra di olive taggiasche (essenza di sapori liguri), lo spaghettone con gambero crudo e bottarga (poesia), il polpo in doppia cottura con humus di pomodori confit e salsa al.dragoncello (la Cappella Sistina). Chef Luca ricerca costantemente materie prime di assoluta qualità, a km.0, sempre freschissime, lavorandole con amore e tecnica sopraffina, ma senza stravolgerle, bensì esaltandone il.sapore con una delicatezza senza eguali. Chef Luca gioca con contrasti e consistenze regalando.una maestosa sinfonia di sapori che si inseguono e susseguono emozionando, commuovendo ed.incantando. Ottima carta di vini per accompagnare il viaggio. 03/07/2025: Wonderful place immersed in the green hills of Alassio, with a wonderful view. Good, genuine food and the right portions. The meat dishes are delicious and the special pizzas and focaccias are very tasty. Super cold cuts and excellent quality bread. Absolutely recommended.

01/06/2025: We chose the location for a quick dinner. Panoramic terrace with a beautiful sea view, the interior needs updating. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. The first courses were not of great quality, while the fried food was good.

21/07/2025: We're staying right across the street from Pizzeria Rustica during our vacation and only managed to visit it almost at the end of our trip. The long line always put us off. Today we were early enough and were seated fairly quickly. The first thing we really liked was the ambiance. It's really cozy. A quick glance at the menu showed that there's a huge selection of pizzas at really reasonable prices. The other dishes are also quite reasonably priced. Since we were sitting at the table opposite the kitchen exit, we could see everything going into the cooking, and the portions are certainly not small. The price for a 1/4 liter of wine is also lower than in other restaurants we've visited so far. And the wine I had was really good. (Unfortunately, I forgot the name.) My pizza was absolutely amazing. The size, dough, toppings, perfectly seasoned... The pizza chef did a really good job. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and very busy. We have two more evenings here and we will eat at Rustica again. High praise! Update: We're repeat customers... What I forgot to mention is that of all the restaurants at La Rustica, all three of us always received our food at the same time. No other restaurant has managed that. That's why I'm giving the service a full five stars (I had originally given it a four because of the wait outside the restaurant). The carbonara, spaghetti with ragu, and the calamari were incredibly delicious. We're thrilled 💓

21/07/2025: Siamo stati a cena con famigliari, la location è spettacolare, ci hanno tenuto un tavolo con vista su Andora. Menù ricco di scelte portate abbondanti e buonissime. Servizio veloce e garbato prezzo assolutamente in linea con location e qualita del cibo proposto intorno ai 50€ euro a persona mangiando antipasto un secondo dolce vino e acqua. Unico suggerimento....andare al primo turno 1930. Al secondo si rischia di rimanere imbottigliati sulla piccola e stretta strada per salire. Consigliatissimo

05/07/2025: Prenotato alle 21:30, seduti a più delle 22. Per quanto il posto sia grande, se si ha la consapevolezza (confermata dal signore all’entrata per controllare i tavoli disponibili per le prenotazioni), non si prende una mole di gente… si fa solo aspettare inutilmente, aumenta la fame e non ci si gode niente. Ok le vacanze, ma una persona viene anche per godersi la serata al fresco facendo una passeggiata e non aspettando fuori dal ristorante più di mezz’ora per mangiare. Piatti portati tutti insieme per velocizzare, qualità nella norma… non si mangia nè in modo eccezionale nè da mandare indietro il cibo. Il posto potrebbe avere notevoli miglioramenti, a partire già dall’organizzazione dei prenotati e di conseguenza offrire piatti eseguiti in maniera migliore e più accattivanti. La location sotto le viti con vista sul mare è l’unico motivo per i due pallini su cinque. Assistenza al cliente: inesistente, totalmente asettico, di passaggio. Cosa che potrebbe nettamente migliorare se si prendesse meno gente, ribadisco. Grigliata di pesce: tre/quattro pezzi di pesce buttati sul piatto con un gambero e a malapena una patata, suppongo, bollita o comunque cotta in una maniera molto povera. Birra bionda non sgasata, di più.. solo fresca da farti capire che non era lì ad aspettare te da un’ora, ma qualità scarsa anche qui. Conto fortunamente ragionevole per quel che si mangia ma non ti rimane impresso niente di buono se non la vista, sicuramente non ci si torna per il cibo/servizio/impiattamento. Si ricorderá solo per la scarsissima organizzazione. Inoltre ci tengo a precisare che qui su Tropadvisor se cercate questo posto, cliccate su “Vedi sito”, scorrete fino a “Menù cucina”, vi porta a un menù situato a New York , con un menù totalmente diverso e format di sito altrettanto differente. Quindi anche qui, nessun controllo a verificare che almeno il sito sia a posto.

05/05/2025: Mangiamo Al 56 ogni volta che torniamo ad Andora, da diversi anni. Un ambiente sobrio e accogliente, un menù semplice che offre standard sicuri ed elevati. Una cucina dai sapori puliti con ingredienti di ottima qualità.

13/07/2025: A historic Riviera restaurant, completely renovated. Indoor and outdoor seating, ample parking. Friendly and efficient staff, and a very empathetic owner. Very good and generous pizzas, good beer, excellent desserts with a wide selection. They also serve food, and just watching the dishes go by, it's definitely worth a try. The prices are fair despite being close to medium-high-end tourist destinations, where dining isn't exactly cheap. It's a shame I only just discovered it, but we'll definitely be back. Congratulations on a wonderful restaurant and hospitality. PS. They also do takeout.

08/07/2025: Go there, no need to say anything else....never think the staff isn't friendly... sometimes having to serve a lot of customers with exceptional food quality/price ratio is not so easy and maybe that pampering is missing for the customer but it is the customer who must understand... dau vescu doesn't need pampering, the food is great and that's fine and then you meet a lot of nice people to have a nice chat. Thanks
