31/12/2024: Les plats sont excellents, raffinés et parfaitement assaisonnés, c’était vraiment délicieux! La cuisine est ouverte ce qui nous donne la chance d’observer le chef pendant la préparation des plats.
Le cadre est agréable, cosy, chaleureux avec le poêle qui réchauffe cette petite salle.
Le service est souriant et attentionné.
Bémol concernant l’hygiène car les serveuses se sont mouchées et ont toussé dans leurs mains à plusieurs reprises sans se laver ou de désinfecter les mains une seule fois.
Second bémol pour un restaurant Michelin situé à proximité de la frontière avec la France; une carte traduite en français aurait été appréciée.
01/12/2024: Davvero una bellissima sorpresa. Un angolo di cucina davvero raffinata, piatti curatissimi, ottime materie prime. Personale premuroso e gentile. Ambiente molto soft ideale per rilassarsi. Ottimi vini. Alla domenica menu fisso. Esperienza da ripetere assolutamente. Sono capitata per caso neanche conoscevo il posto. Prezzo adeguato.

06/02/2025: Best pizzeria in Dolcedo. Also a nice choice of local Ligurian and the usual Italian dishes. In addition to the menu, there is always a choice of dishes with special seasonal products. Summer terrace on the river with great views of the historic city.
Extremely hospitable service by a permanent staff of employees, who also remember your preferences.
The prices are more than reasonable for all this.
In short, highly recommended!

Honest cuisine and reasonable prices!
Generous portions and friendly staff.
We ate in a welcoming and family atmosphere which is very important for us who have 4 children.

15/02/2025: Negative experience per fifth 😏 We booked at Tonino's for a lunch for 10 people (of these two children) booked because there was a poster with access to people with disabilities (this non-existent) steps from the entrance to the refreshment rooms) arrived with me in the disabled wheelchair ... they didn't even mention help from the owners 😏 food 😬 very plentiful and very unusual 🥴 with you could make five in one portion.... I took spaghetti with mussels and spaghetti with clams, there were yes or no 6/7 Spanish mussels open in the valve (shell) to add flavor 🥴 the mixed frying (perhaps a dozen pieces including: squid, tufts and prawns. Good flavor and frying (the only positive thing)
Ended all afternoon and evening with stomach pains due to not being able to use the toilet facilities mentioned and not suitable for disabilities.
Sorry if you can't walk!! 😤😡

24/09/2024: Returning for a dinner with friends in this restaurant where a few years ago we had eaten an excellent "brandacuiun", we were welcomed with professionalism and friendliness by the new owner and made to sit in a panoramic position on the terrace overlooking the stream in a welcoming location. However, we are a little disappointed when the ordered dishes begin to arrive as the portions are quite modest, even if the food is of good quality. Given the context, it seemed out of place to want to follow the example of "nouvelle cuisine", where more generous portions would not have left us with a bitter taste in our mouths and would have encouraged us to return.

27/12/2024: Trattoria semplice, menù semplice ma piatti ottimi, branda eccellente, il migliore che ho provato in zona. Pasta con ragù bianco di coniglio ottimo, abbiamo fatto la scarpetta. Servizio adeguato, gentilissimi.
27/12/2024: Il ristorante è un posto tranquillo, con una bella vista sul fiumiciattolo sottostante. Il servizio è informale e cortese. Non è la prima volta che passo di qui, anzi... Vengo spesso, soprattutto per gustare il mio dolce preferito... la Stroscia! Ve la consiglio. Il menù cambia sempre, stagione per stagione. Dolcedo è un posto perfetto per una giornata tranquilla nelle zone di Imperia. Si può parcheggiare comodamente a Dolcedo e fare una passeggata piacevole per le sue vie. E in occiasione del Natale vedere qualcosa di carino, come il presepe e gli alberi di Natale!.

Früher super lustiger Service von „Bella“und ihren Mitarbeitern! Jetzt nur noch lange Wartezeit und teurere Preise , Qualität der Pizza auch nicht mehr so gut! Wirklich schade, gehörte immer als Pflichtbesuch in unserem Urlaub, jetzt nicht mehr !
08/10/2024: Fantásticas vacaciones en Dolcedo, hecho especial por nuestras noches en el restaurante La Fontanella, la comida era deliciosa, la gerente y todo su personal era tan amable, nos sentimos como locales! Gran música, gran vibra, gracias La Fontanella por hacer nuestras vacaciones especiales!

27/09/2024: Ritornati per una cena con amici in questa osteria che ricordavamo per aver mangiato in passato un ottimo e abbondante "brandacuiun", veniamo accolti con professionalità e cordialità dal nuovo titolare che ci fa accomodare in posizione panoramica sulla terrazza prospicente il torrente in una accogliente location. Ordiniamo in base alle nostre esigenze ma restiamo alquanto perplessi quando incominciano ad arrivare le portate poichè le porzioni sono proprio modeste, vero è che non volevamo appesantirci ma così...........!!! Dato il contesto, voler seguire l'esempio della "nouvelle cuisine", non ci pare adeguato, mentre, se posso consigliare, porzioni più generose sarebbero per tutti un ottimo incentivo a ritornare.
15/09/2024: Già stati negli anni in questo locale ma non di recente infatti apprendiamo da altri commensali che è cambiata la gestione.
La location è sempre un gioiellino bella caratteristica e curata, un tempo ancora più rustica e da noi più apprezzata ma per fortuna nessun importante stravolgimento.
Servizio davvero nulla da dire il titolare che gestisce la sala bravissimo preparato e davvero gentile a nostro avviso il fiore all'occhiello.
Cucina purtroppo c e molto da migliorare: porzioni davvero scarse tortino di patate e cozze con fonduta di formaggio da rivedere buono nel sapore ma microscopico forse una patata scarsa con 3 cozze di numero e giusto un cucchiaino da caffe di formaggio buono ma senza spinta e davvero un mini assaggio . Pasta giusto due fili con poco condimento buona ma miserina. Secondi: coniglio duro e freddo nella descrizione doveva essere ripieno ma il ripieno praticamente non pervenuto. Bunet fettina minuscola neanche te ne accorgevi, altri dolci visti passare sembravano essere porzioni più generose. Speso per 3 secondi un primo 2 antipasti 3 contorni 2 dolci 120 euro davvero tanto siamo usciti con la fame.
A nostro avviso c e margine di miglioramento anche perché il proprietario ha grandi capacità ma c e molto su cui lavorare . Daremo un altra possibilità in futuro ma speriamo con il cuore che non danneggino un osteria un tempo strepitosa.
