26/07/2024: Ordered 40 minutes ago. We ordered a cream and speck. And a white pizza, mushrooms, rocket, spicy oil and stracchino. The first one arrived well. The second one isn't. Red, without spicy oil. But that's not the problem, the pizzas are also good enough to deserve 3 stars and so much so that I have always purchased here, but after today I will never buy again (I don't think you will go broke for me anyway). I will not purchase again due to the rudeness of the gentleman who answered the phone who, even when my partner gave him the order, was very impatient and with little desire, when we called back to inform them of the error we pointed this out and asked to open your ears carefully next time. Despite everything we didn't want the pizza back or a refund to be kind. And we were called out and attacked as rude... those pizzas were for a birthday. The minimum was to point out the inattention and make clear the disappointment, being called in unpleasant tones by the person who had taken the order really smacked of clowning. And the great thing is that I always avoid putting negative reviews because I also work with them, but given that it's not the first time that it arrives wrong or anything and what's more this time there was also a "fuss in the response" and also a further call when they were simply notified of the error and even avoided a refund or having it redone instead... for me the relationship with this pizzeria ends here. Really disappointed. To think that I came often. Goodbye and good work.
