21/05/2025: Hospitality, kindness and excellent second courses!
The pork with blueberry sauce (pork in essence with blueberry sauce) and the meatloaf (meatloaf with chestnuts and seasonal vegetables) were exquisite. The appetizers chosen were also tasty (bruschetta with liver paté, chicken livers with sage, vignarola and polenta tile with broccoli leeks - it is a second course but we asked for it among the appetizers). The first courses chosen by us were standard (gnudi and fettuccine) it is definitely better to go for the second courses. Highly recommended desserts are the Crucchi (typical biscuits) and the raw cheesecake is also excellent. I suggest visiting the website to study the menu, which changes periodically. The coffee in the moka is the perfect end.
The boss of the all-round restaurant is super friendly, professional and kind.
16/05/2025: Vallerano is an enchanting town to discover that captures the eye in the harmonious interlocking of its alleys. But try at least once to stop and eat in this place and you will be completely captured emotionally both by the aromas of the dishes and by the welcome of its owner and it will be very difficult to forget all these sensations because they will have arrived straight to the heart and you will have to return more and more often! Perfect setting, impeccable music and menu! 5 stars for everything and even more for the kindness received!

18/03/2025: We have been coming to this magnificent place since we moved to the area, about a couple of years, and every time it is always a pleasure!
Starting from the very welcoming environment, a beautiful place, clean and with attention to the smallest details.
The food is truly delicious, whatever you choose to eat is of exceptional quality and the dishes are always impeccably presented, among the desserts I recommend the chestnuts with bewitched cream (there is no dessert around that can come close to it in terms of goodness)
Not to mention the unfailing hospitality of Roberto and Loretta, a truly rare thing... and also their sons, Francesco and Daniele, very nice and easy-going
Among the waiters, a standout goes to Sandro, with his smile and his way of doing things he wins you over!
Really super recommended!

30/01/2025: Lunch on the occasion of the chestnut festival. We chose this rustic cellar because it immediately won us over with its authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The environment is simple, but with attention to detail: exposed beams, wooden tables and a good smell that you breathe in as soon as you enter. It is the classic place where you feel at home, perfect for those looking for a genuine experience far from more formal restaurants.
The cuisine is entirely homemade, prepared with fresh ingredients. Each dish is a tribute to tradition, but with that touch that makes every bite special.
The staff is courteous and friendly and made us feel at home.
Ultimately, if you love authentic flavors and want to treat yourself to a dinner without frills, but with lots of quality and warmth, this cellar is a place I absolutely recommend.
Fixed menu €25 including water, wine, grappa and donuts.
05/11/2024: Super cute experience! The place is very traditional, rustic, comfortable and above all a cheerful place! The staff is kind and helpful, also quick in the kitchen, I think they are ready meals, the only flaw is the portions of the dishes, they are too small, not so much for the first courses but for the second courses, a bit small! The evening was super cheerful and we had fun singing during the karaoke, nice atmosphere!! Pay attention to the portions, you could stand out and really have added value!
