09/03/2026: Excellent trattoria in a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. The quality/price ratio is excellent. The dishes are truly delicious and reasonably priced. The photos of A.S. Roma and the Fedayeen are the only flaw, but I say that as a Lazio fan. Jokes aside, highly recommended.
01/03/2026: It's always a shame to leave a bad review for people who work there. In this case, even more so because it feels like an old trattoria, with people who have been working there for a while. But you go there to eat... So, unfortunately, based on our experience: it's better not to go at all! To summarize: I sometimes leave, but it's probably happened to him twice in over twenty years, and once he was ill. Here, he was disgusted: the smell alone was unappealing upon entering. Then, his pasta had disjointed flavors, resulting in inedible results: abandoned, after an effort, half-eaten; my gnocchi with ragù, to be honest, also smelled bad. They were abandoned too. And not even free, at 11 euros a plate. The bill was presented verbally, or written down upon request. The chicory was edible, the desserts were offered, but we thanked them without trying. One wonders how it has all these positive reviews; we don't recommend it because we (didn't) eat, which is something we rarely do! We hope it was a bad day!

12/10/2025: We had lunch today with my family at this very rustic but beautiful restaurant.
The first and second courses were both meat-based, each better than the last.
It's a shame about the homemade desserts; among the options, only the panna cotta was homemade.
The organization and service could use some attention...
If you want to eat at this restaurant, be patient; the wait times are very long...

06/10/2025: The place definitely needs renovation, but the setting is beautiful. There's a lovely fireplace lit even in autumn and a beautiful chestnut grove to work off a good meal.
The food is simple and good. Not a lot of choices, but that's fine by me. The porcini mushroom and wild boar ragù are a highlight, an excellent first course. Then there's the grilled meat and side dishes. Plenty of parking inside, so reservations are recommended.

31/01/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo locale nel Centro storico di Capranica per pranzo con i miei amici. Ci ha colpito la location molto curata.
I ravioli di porchetta e zucca eccellenti, e anche gli altri primi davvero raffinati e gustosi. Secondi piatti degni di nota: una semplice tagliata e la trippa al sugo speciali.o . Dolci buonissimi, da provare il tiramisù e panna cotta!!…
Personale cordiale e simpatico, anche i proprietari sono gentili e sul pezzo!!
P.S. prezzi nella norma e il rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente
Da ritornare assolutamente e lo consiglio spassionatamente.

29/11/2024: Aprendo la porta ti senti subito come a casa. Ed è un po’ vero essendo la signora uscita dalla cucina a parlare con noi insieme alla figlia addetta alla sala e alle pizze. Le fettuccine fatte in casa sono veramente buone la carne anche cotta alla perfezione e molto buona. Pasta al ragù rosso squisita. Le verdure grigliate anche se non previste me le hanno fatte al momento ed erano veramente fresche. Avrei voluto provare anche altri prodotti e sicuramente tornerò per farlo. Consigliassimo.
20/10/2024: Cucina tipica locale, piatti squisiti, è sempre un piacere venire a mangiare qui.

30/03/2025: Siamo stati in questa osteria di passaggio. Esperienza bellissima, con il mitico sor Giulio. Pranzo come a casa. Due primi, due secondi, due contorni, acqua, vino e dolci alla modica cifra di 55€. Tra l’altro, qualità degli ingredienti superiore alla media! Esperienza assolutamente da ripetere
03/02/2025: Prima di andare a vedere uno spettacolare al teatro Francigena, siamo andati per mangiare qualcosa in questa trattoria semplice dove ho mangiato senzi infamia e senza lode MA....MA....MA... DETESTO QUANDO NON MI DANNO LA CARTA DEL MENU', sia perché non ho il giusto tempo per scegliere che vedere quanto spendo.
Di questo me ne sono reso conto in ritardo perchè sapendolo me ne sarei andato ma.... in un lampo il cameriere ha subito portato l'acqua aprendola e mi sono trovato incastrato......
40 euro in totale con il solo scontrino fiscale battuto come " menù fisso" quindi individualmente non conosco quanto ho pagato i 2 primi, i due contorni acqua e 1/4 vino, non una esagerazione ma sicuramente troppo.
Altra cosa sgradevole, uscendo ci siamo trovati con gli abiti che odoravano di cucina.
Al prossimo spettacolo andremo a mangiare nella trattoria che sta nella stessa via poco più giù

27/02/2025: In una giornata con cielo grigio e pioggerellina che ti deprime,andare a pranzo da Zia Titta ti cambia l'umore.Entri in un ambiente accogliente e caldo ,curato nei minimi particolari.Le proprietarie ti invitano sorridenti ad accomodarti presentandoti un menù con prodotti del territorio e pasta fatta in casa cucinati in maniera personalizzata da una cuoca esperta.La nostra esperienza in questo posto è sempre ottima e il cibo che consumiamo lì è sempre ottimo.

06/03/2025: Ho prenotato a cena per il compleanno della mia compagna. Sin dalla prenotazione, Mauro è stato estremamente disponibile e paziente, aiutandomi nella scelta di un menu ideale. Non ci sono foto o video che possano rendere giustizia a questo posto meraviglioso. Lo raccomando a tutti, soprattutto per occasioni speciali!
